Day 91
So i just exercised, better late than never. But I like exercising at night. It's invigorating, especially after dealing with work. Also, the area around my knee did not agree with me jogging, and I know jump squats was out of the question (no resting in between days) so I improvised. Did 32 count punches with the 5lb weights, did my regular 32 count over chest with the 5lb weights, and did 32 count leg lifts. Excited, didn't sweat, but definitely feel the burn. Gonna drink this bottle of water, shower, set my hair for the evening and watch some more Naruto. Good night people...trying to stay scrong...yes I mean scrong!!
