Day 247 and 248

I have to get up to go to church with fam in the morning but i have failed these past two days on my dieting. That's the bad news, good news is my over the phone "watch anime" date went well. Day 246

My head is aching a bit so ima make this quick. I worked out this morning but only did about 2500 of the 4000 I was supposed to do. I did 40 jumping jacks for a warm up, 40 squats, 40 crunches, and 30 regular push ups. Because of how my day had went, I did not get to do the rest of my workout. However, I only had water, smoothie, and a small cup of alcohol, and I'm about to drink water again. Now that I think about it, it might explain the headache. Well, off I go. Til morrow.

Day 243 and 244

Yesterday I made over 4,000 steps and today I did 5338 steps, burning 301 calories and doing over 2 miles. My weight fluctuated up due to eating at an open house for a job last night. I didn't eat anything bad I promise, crackers, hummus, strawberries, grapes, and cheese...and my own water since the liquids provided were not 100% juice. Even though what I ate was not bad, the time of the meeting (5pm-6pm) is what caused the bad fluctuation. However, I ate earlier today finishing around 2pm and with the exception of eating 5 or so corn chips this afternoon, I have done great. Gonna finish watching Assassination Classroom and then head to bed.

Day 242

Feel like crap at this moment. Do believe me when I said i got my stuff done. Did my discussion post responses, did my walk, did my push ups, squats, and crunches, and saw Arrow all afternoon. I currently weight 247.2. I'm getting there. Also been watching Assassination Classroom. Now I'm somewhat irritated, but more tired than anything. A certain somebody hasn't contacted me, but it's all good, i'm going to bed.

Oh yeah, bought tomato wraps and had a wrap made of tomatoes, cheese, onions, cucumber, lettuce and olive oil mayo with a side of corn chips. Was so bum!!! Loved it!! Also had corn chips and salsa. Anywho, be safe, reach for your goals, and stay on task!

Day 241

So today I was supposed to watch an anime with my potential boyfriend (over the phone or whatever) and it never happened today. My reaction: irritation. I know things can come up and emergencies, and even family...but hours have gone by today and when he does respond, it's to my samsung health step meter i send i few people when i'm done taking my walk. That urks me and has had me in a foul mood, with the exception of listening to Rick and Morty while I took my brother to his cousin's place. On top of all this, my sister and mom urked me this afternoon with the "mall" situation.

On a positive note, I watched some of Assassination Classroom season 2, I did 4304 steps (1.75 miles and 243 calories), and i weigh 248.2 pounds...so yeah. After I watch this episode I'm going to bed, I've had enough of today. Be safe, reach for your goals, and try to be happy, bc I'm sure as hell not feeling happy right now...but i will rest well. Day 239 and 240

Hello, currently talking to my potential boyfriend about work related stuff, lol. But today was pretty okay. I bombed the workout this evening. Yesterday I did 4089 steps. Today I did 25 jumping jacks, 25 crunches, 25 regular punches, and 25 squats. I did a whopping 6202 steps. I'm so proud of myself. Pretty tired, so after we finish talking I'm going to head to bed and be ready for tomorrow. Also, using coconut milk now and I love it. More on it tomorrow. Day 238

Hello kingdom citizens. To start off on an honest note, the past week I've been quick to wrap up my notes and I feel I should do more about that...but anywho, this morning, due to a schedule change, I was able to fully finish my workout without rushing. I did 25 jumping jacks for a warm up, 25 squats, 25 crunches, 10 regular pushups and 15 knee pushups, and 4418 steps which equaled 2.11 miles and 277 calories. I feel happy. Also, I'm eating no meat. Weighing myself in the morning to see how that goes. About to finish the last three episodes of Naruto Shippuden and then I can watch all the movies and start Arrow and Boruto. Until tomorrow. Day 234 and 235

So just finished my first paper assignment for my last class and I feel free, but am definitely starting early from here on out. On a healthy note, starting tomorrow I can make my regular smoothies, finally went and got my funds today for work and I'm excited. Back to fruits and veggies. Day 232 and 233

I'm tired. It's been an interesting day. I just listed some cited resources to do my 3 page paper tomorrow. I'm in my psychology capstone and even though it's laid back, it's the most crucial class and I'll be glad when these weeks swing by.

Hope to hear back from one of the hospitals I applied to. Got an email to fill out a work credit tax form, which i hope is a really positive thing. Filled it out, found out which position it was for (mental health technician prn) and I hope to heck I get it, because I need it.

Today I wanted to do 7000 steps but set my goal for 4000. I ended up doing 4097 I think, which was about 1.78 miles and burned 249 calories. I really need to just get my eating in check and i'm going to exercise tomorrow morning. Hope everyone is doing okay for this weekend. Day 230 and 231

Hello. I know i have been fucking up, but today I got up and went out and by doing half the steps this morning and just finishing the other half a little while ago, I did 7018 steps with samsung health and burned a total of 424 calories over 3.06 miles. Not bad. Now if I can control my afternoon eating a bit more I'll be on par with how i was before i went to otakon. Gonna drink 2 more of my citrus water with cayenne, tumeric, and maybe honey, probably not the honey. I will weigh myself Friday, then monday, and then friday again. My goal is to get my shit together so i can be fulfilling my goal by my bday.

Need to also start work on my thesis for this last class. 8.5 weeks to go and im free from school...until i do phlebotomy class. Hopefully i do this cheap class and get hired by this company in my city. Until tomorrow people. Don't give up, keep going, if you fuck up, keep going. I was good the whole day until my sister and bro in law said they were making steaks, something i don't eat. Ate it and had already decided to let today go so my foot could get back to normal. Day 226

So i fucked up on eating this afternoon because i ate too early...don't feel like explaining it but will do so probably tomorrow. Anywho, i weighed 249.8 this morning. Might not be that way tomorrow morning. Gonna drink some water bottles before bed to hopefully help. If not, i know i messed up with eating.

For my workout i did 5140 steps equaling 2.25 miles and 311 calories. I did 100 crunches and 100 push ups. I did 0 squats today due to knee issues. I hope to start back on them after the weekend. Also I did thigh lifts instead of jumping jacks. Feeling okay. As i said, gonna drink more citrus water, probably add some cayenne and turmeric and after some Naruto episodes, hit the hey for my marvelous weekend. Day 225

Hello people.

What I did today I'm going to cut short, because i'm tired.

Worked out this evening doing the following as well as food:

Had smoothie, citrus water, bag of potato chips (don't judge me, they the dollar ones) tuna with mayo and relish, 1 slice of bread, walked 5332 steps equaling out to 2.28 miles and 319 calories. I weighed 250.5 lbs this morning so i know the cereal yesterday was a big no no. Today I did fairly better, my muscles don't hurt and I look forward to kicking ass tomorrow. Day 224

So gonna be quick with this. I had to cut my workout in half again and have to estimate the steps due to the fact that the Samsung app had somewhere along the line starting counting my steps while I wasn't exercising, so i estimate i did over 4000 plus steps and i did 100 squats, 100 crunches, and 70 push ups. Mind you, these push ups are done on my knees until otherwise.

Ate more than I probably should but ate chicken salad with bread and cinnamon toast crunch with craisins and stopped eating at around 4:30 or 5:00. Look forward to tomorrow. Oh and I weighted 250.8 this morning. So be safe, reach for your goals, and be aware of the hurricanes.

Day 223

So I walked 2300 or so steps the first part of my day, due to stuff this morning, and did the last 1700 or so this evening, equating to 4010 steps in total. I burned 258 calories and walked/jogged 1.83 miles. Body is sore from yesterday, but definitely looking forward to tomorrow. Also had chicken salad and plain potato chips and 2 slices of bread. I made my nephew a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and had about two spoons of it before giving his bowl, yeah im partial petty lol. And I had a smoothie with a lemon, orange, banana, grapes, almond milk, tumeric and cayenne. This morning I put a cut up orange in my container with water to make citrus water and even ate some orange slices around noon out of it. Been an interesting day. Especially when i rebuked the mac and cheese i saw in the fridge. Shows I am making progress. Can't wait til tomorrow. Be safe, reach for your goals, and watch the news on the hurricane. Day 222 Part B

So, it's getting close to bedtime. I almost fucked up today. I had realized i could make chicken salad with the chicken, mayo and relist, had two slices of bread an hour apart with it, regular potato chips (plain, not flavored) and I'm about to drink some citrus water. I feel Im getting there. No sweets at all today, and for that I'm proud of myself. Look forward to tomorrow. So be safe, reach for your goals, and be careful out here.

Day 222 Part A

Let me say this has been a productive morning. May not have been all happy and smiles type of morning but productive. Got my ass up and did the following:

4004 steps (about 1.77 miles)
208 calories burned
100 jumping jacks for warm up
100 squats
70 crunches
50 push ups

My goal is to do the One Punch Man workout, working my way up to 100 reps of squats, crunches, and push ups every other day, and 4000 steps everyday. All of this until my bday. I will put my weight up either tonight or tomorrow. I talked to my potential bf and told my best friend that my goal is to be 220 by my bday. However, to make up for any "fuck ups" i put on my calendar to be between 235 and 225 minimum, which is hella doable, given I stick to my stuff. I also had a smoothie full of almond milk, grapes, an orange, part of a banana, cuts of pineapple, and pinches of tumeric and cayenne pepper. Just finished drinking it all and feel astatic. I also washed my hair. About to apply for a overnight counselor job. Looking forward to this month. Til next post!!!

Day 220 and 221

Exercised yesterday and burned 208 or so calories and walked 3575 steps on Samsung Health. I didn't do it today but definitely plan to do it tomorrow. Waiting on my potential bf to call me otherwise I'll text my best friend and look up some stuffs. You know, watch Naruto Shippuden and stuffs. Doing my best to keep a routine.

Day 213, 214, 215, 216, 217, 218, and 219

So it's becoming a bit rough these past few days. My gym free trial ended and I feel the need to get a third job while figuring out if my second job will give me a client for overnight...I'll ask later. Looking at an overnight job from another company that i technically already applied to. Gots to call them. Gots to figure out medical assistant for winter or for 2018.

Also, been watching Arrow. Technically after two more episodes I'll be at the beginning of season 4. Yay. I need to do my 6000 steps this evening around 6 and do it from now on along with no more eating after 8 and try to be in bed by 1 am. I'm trying. Might do a free trial at another gym company but we'll see. I like the 24 hour gold gym but based on franchise, if I go to that one I'll only be able to go to 3 instead of all 12 in the area, which is so fucking stupid to me, but what you gonna do.

For those in Texas reading this, and all the homeless out there, stay strong. My poetry group is gonna send supplies to aid with the Texas crisis and in teh next week or so I hope to pass out food to homeless in my hometown. Come Katsucon I wanna bring stuff for people at National Harbor. It's a ways to go but I want to help as much as I can when I'm away from home, give ppl hope, you know.
