Days 952-955

Hello ppl

So it's been a crazy and calm few days. Ironic. I got down to 239.1, yaaaas on Saturday morning. However, I ate overnight at work so I'm hoping to weigh in the morning when I get off. I decided it was a sorta cheat day. I had vegetarian lasagna at work, French toast, and some of my veggie stuff at home. What made it a "cheat day" was that I ate more that I planned to and that the vegetarian lasagna may have had cheese in it and milk. I'm not sure as the ingredients weren't on it, but I had no meat or eggs or butter, so we'll just take it with a grain of salt (pun intended).

I cleaned myself out with water, Kombucha, and laxatives and just rested today at home. I have no sweet vanilla almond milk with peanut butter powder and sprinkled sugar (bc the taste was omg negative due to the vanilla being unsweetended lol), the last of my peppermint kombucha from aldi this morning, and half a bottle of water. Those are all I'm having overnight at work tonight.

I plan to try and exercise in the morning after my teens go to school before I head home. Then I'll weigh in.

Also, FINALLY GOT THE ULTIMATE WEAPON IN KINGDOM HEARTS 3!!! Also playing KH union on my phone and gonna try and make it to day 100 on my 2ds. So yeah, getting ready for that DLC come next month. If you a fan, let me know. Also passed my bio practice test last night and gonna call tomorrow to see if I can schedule the CLEP extremely soon so I can start the nursing process.

About to work on one of my stories I miss, so here's to a good night ppl. No more cheating until I get to philly. Stay motivated. Here's to another 20 lbs!!!! Be positive everyone, year almost over. GN!!

Day 951

Hi.

Hope you alls are doing well.

Today I ate. Pretty tired so gonna wrap this up to the point.

I ate my prepped meal and it was so good. Afterwards, like 30 minutes later, I realized I still wanted else to eat. I couldn't do the protein within adding naked or 100% juice (and I forgot I probably could have done a banana but was too lazy for that deep in my subconscious) and so I had 7 whole wheat French toast sticks, with nothing on them, and afterward my body was satisfied. It took place of protein drink.

So for the rest of the day, here and there, I had water and I was okay. I still feel okay. Also, I exercised my 50 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, and 50 leg lifts, and stretched accordingly. I weighed in at 242.7, so I'm getting down there lol.

I think I'm going to incorporate some kombucha into this regimen. I recently (like 15 minutes ago) was watching a woman on youtube named Bekah Martinez...I think that's her name, and she was mentioning "cleaner" eating and probiotics and how that helped her skin. So I thought, why not start off my day with a cap of Kombucha to get those probiotics in. Also, instead of naked juice, I could just do a banana, but I don't feel like using the blender all the time, so I'll work that out laterz.

So yeah, that's everything. Did well today. Here's to motivating on to tomorrow. Stay motivated and stay live.

Days 937-950

Hi.

So, I have to apologize for not posting on here, BUUUT I don't have to apologize for not doing what I'm suppose to. So for the last few days I have been liquid fasting with water, almond milk, 100% juice, and protein powder, and so far so good. I also had been exercising in the morning. Let's backtrack.

So after Thanksgiving, I tried to get it together, but I let myself go. Water weight bought me back to 257 and then I got it together, lol. So as of these last few days I've been telling my two "wives" for accountability on how I been doing. I've gotten down to 243.4 and so either tomorrow or day after tomorrow I'll be able to eat. I don't want to stress myself since I been doing so well, so I may just start eating tomorrow. One meal a day plus 2 drinks of almond and protein until I'm able to get the peanut butter completely vegan protein powder...speaking of, I'll be veganing it out until I go to Philly and visit boyfriend and peoples, but starting in January, permanently for 1 month all together I'll be eating nothing but veggies and fruits and nuts and grains...VEGAN...and hopefully this will help me entrance into an 80% if not FULL vegan lifestyle.

Today I also made 10 (11 no cabbage) food prep containers, and zomg it was great. Will try and post a pic.




They consists of 2/3 cup seasoned onion and cabbage (for the base), 2/3 mixed veggies of peas, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and 1/3 cup mix of table blend seasoned black beans, kidney beans, baby bella mushrooms, and regular mushrooms. To top it, 1/2 sweet potato broiled with olive oil and cinnamon. Now I haven't tasted them, because you know, still fasting, but gave mom some, and she LOVED IT!!. I feel happy, in control of food, and regular to hit that 225, then 200, and finally, 180!!

Going to be binging Blood+ and Star Wars tonight along with youtube vids, til morrow, sleep well!!

**Notes: Yesterday morning at work I decided to work out after finishing everything. So yesterday's shenanigans consisted of 20 jumping jacks, 20 squats, 20 push ups, 20 crunches, and 20 leg lifts.

I ate around midnight some pizza and pancakes, the rest of my night consisted of drinking mint tea with agave so I've gotten in my water count. More later. Stay motivated and keep pushing.

Day 930 to 931

Hi. We are not going to talk about day 930.

On for today's news though...

Goals: Exercise, washi hair, play Kingdom Hearts 3, eat right (did all)

Weight: 244.9 lbs

Foods: Black bean burgers, salad, german chocolate cake, apples, peanut butter


So this morning I mix in another can of black beans and a quater cup of kidney beans to some leftover mix of egg and black bean from a few days ago. After eatingt he salad, had cake with it. It wasn't too bad bc I challenged myself to exercixe.

Did my walking outside and my stretching but did the squats and crunches inside. I learned my lesson, not trying to be outside to long like I been doing. Trying to be well throughout the holidays. Also motivating myself in that I want to bypass my little sister with her terrible eating habits AND my friend who was struggling with cravings on messenger today. Told her to stay strong and workout out, bc if she don't, I'm coming for her clothes next month. Ha ha.

I drank tea, finishing my 4 cup water goal, and did my steps. After talking to boyfriend, Ima head to bed, unless we decided to watch something. Stay motivated ppl. Back on track to the healthy body I want. Get some rest. Good night!!

Day 929

Hi. Hope you all are well.

So I didn't weigh myself as I ate breakfast with the cottage, sorta, this morning. I did however put it in Samsung health so I was tracking. I did my 50 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, and 50 crunches at work, so I was happy about that, and made 5000 steps throughout the day.

I made a peanut butter sauce for my sweet potato and black bean burger salad and it did not turn out how I wanted. The salad itself was cool, but I expected a more liquid texture from the peanut butter. Had to melt it some to spread it out. It all was about 1000 calories, but since I could not eat it all, with the peanut butter being heavy I guess, I ended up halving everything to about 600 calories. Which was better.

I rested most of the day, except for picking up my sister and nephew. My lungs feel quite blah, but at least the mucous is coming out my system.

As today is the last of my 40 hour week, I don't eat overnight while at home, so I should go back to regular weight loss, and hopefully by Saturday I would have broke the habit fully and can continue as normal.

Day 928

Hi, I hope you all are well.

So last night, if I didn't put it in the post, my chest was badly inflamed and filled with mucus from being outside the past few days. I rested mostly today and through it all was able to fulfill my step count. I however passed on push ups and leg raises. Tomorrow I will pick up on squats and crunches.

I ate about 1200 calories and had more than 40 g of protein.

I had 4 cups of water and about to drink 3 now counting for the 19th of November.

It has been quite the day, had some positives through business phone calls, and had some negatives, but through it all the 18th is done, and when I go home, I hope to work out on the porch, do my squats, and I'll have to figure out my steps somehow in the middle of the day...probably if I pick my nephew up from school. So there's my day, hope to get extremely back on track as I've also figured our a cut and bulk routine. So, yay.

Day 927

First things: How is everyone, hope you all had a good day.

I am highly agitated that my coworker through my shit away in the fridge at work. The kids had to clean out the fridge but my shit wasn't even food. I called her to ask where my stuff was and told her what it was in and she apologized for throwing my stuff away. The spray bottle had aloe vera in it and my mini tube had oil in it. I'm not too bother by the oil and tube because the olive oil bottle is at home but that aloe vera is something you have to cut and blend and strain and I lost my bottle and it just bothers me. Inventory is tomorrow night, I COULD HAVE JUST CLEANED OUT THE FRIDGE TOMORROW!!

On the food side I ate around 2000 calories today. I don't feel like looking up the details on my phone but I did make 5000 steps, I did 50 crunches, and 50 squats, and danced around my room. My throat is also messed up so I have been drinking onion tea. I made a new brew tonight while at work consisting of white onions, red onions, cayenne, ginger, and apple cider mix (which has ginger, orange, and turmeric in it).

Out of irritation I just at some pillsbury cream cheese bites, and I'm about to grab something else and then sit at my table for the rest of the night and do me. Taking a break again from bio tonight and will try to pick up tomorrow. I would like to watch the amoeba sisters overall bio video straight thru and then go back to practice test.

Well, that's all I got, hope to fulfill my goals tomorrow and actually implement some coping skills because now it seems to be one thing after another and it's irritating. Have a good night everyone.

Day 926 part b

Day 3

So far, up to this point, I have followed my new guidelines. This evening, after frustration, I ate extra for quite a few reasons. 
1. sister time out, sister sells mini cheesecakes, so she gave us one a piece, I actually put this in Samsung health so its included in my calorie count
2. I was mad that things weren't going my way, so I ate extra this evening before work
3. I'm at work now, wanting cheese sticks, but still mildly agitated and out of bad habit, picked up a plain "eggo" waffle but also one apple from my job's fridge


Issues with anger and agitation and frustration stem back to usage of food, however, once morning comes, I shall return to proper schedule, because as I told my boyfriend, I have issues with planning not going my way. Everything in life does not go my way and therefore my body is going through anxiety and frustration. But it does not deserve damage from the emotions of the mind. It deserves to be healthy and I need to utilize coping skills just as I teach my teens at work. So next time I'm agitated I take on the coping skills of 1 hour nap, watching anime, reading erotica...because I like erotica, or watching vids on health and nutrition, because all those things bring me happiness.

I did not get the nap time I would have liked and my throat is also irritating, so I will be at work, sipping on this onion and ginger tea I made and watching vids...like a lot. Also doing my hair, which has held up in a huge puff today. I look forward to tomorrow and squats. Please stay motivated and stay positive. Here's to understanding and getting a healthy body without giving up.

Days 886-902 part A

Hello everyone.

I am ashamed of myself again, but before making this post, I did rethink how I want to go about those 6 pack abs I wanted to work toward.

To start off, I fell off around bday, and even though I got some exercise and steps in, I was not showing the determination I did at first the end of Sept. Yesterday I told myself that enough is enough. I can't fail anymore. I need to fast. No pills, side snack, just fast. in about a few hours I would have been fasting for a full 24 hrs on just water. my digestive track is definitely cleaned out and besides being tired from working overnight, I feel great.

I have a con to go to in about 10 days. As farfetched as it may be for some of you, I wanted to lose 15 lbs. and get to 225. I'll be happy at 230, but at least at 225, i'll only be 45 away from my overall goal. I'm also ready to implement some raw foods for dieting (lifestyle) and back to my veggie burgers.

I think also, the fact my bf likes how I look, kinda twisted me up a bit. And I know that significant others see you differently anyway. They suppose to. They are your soul mates and see past the physical for the real you, but I still wanted to hit a weight goal by j1 for me and I blew it. However, all is not lost, I still have hope to enjoy myself AND hit overall goal by December.

As for working out, I somehow this last week injured my upper left arm. Can't lift it a certain way. For the time being until I implement something different, it'll be 60 squats, 60 leg lifts, and jog warm ups every other day from Sunday, and 60 push ups, 60 floor dumbell rows, and jumping jack warm ups every other day from Monday. Saturday will be a nap day. I'll end with yoga as usual. I feel I can't eff this up with this less many exercises, and I still want to work toward those abs. Post soon.

Days 875-885

Hi.

I'm just going to kick right off and say that this weekend was an adventure. My family and friends and boyfriend threw a surprise birthday party for me and it was awesome. A lot definitely went into it and I am grateful. 

I am 30 years old.

Along with this me and my boyfriend discussed future stuff, went to see Joker, and just had a blast. I can't wait til we are living together. 

On the note of Joker, if you have not seen it and you are into mental health, go see it. Even if you are not into comic books or DC in general, go see that shizz, because it made me sad, it made me uncomfortable, and it was brilliant. 

As far as my weight goes, I been enjoying birthday time, so i'm probably gonna just put out to reach a goal of 220 by J1con, which is November 1st. Gonna fast for 3 days with coconut outshine, then stick to yogurt and apples and sweet potatoes. Also trying to clear my skin. I also think I need to revamp my "6 month journey to abs" and just stick with no weight in the exercises for the rest of the month and then pick up on regular schedule November 1st.

Days 870-871

Hi. I'm behind on time so let's get to the point.

Yesterday I broke fast. Today I ate at work and the work schedule was blah. Being with the kids is fine at my job, but the hours i'm away from home during the day is not what I like.

Took today as a rest day because I had no chance to exercise. Cooking, family came, etc. It's fine.

Chick pea burgers came out to an average of 158 calories per each burger.

Day 869 part 2

Hi people...again.

So this morning I went to the store and picked up the following. PB powder and Vega protein I already had, but was running low.

I prefer vanilla, but this was the last one, so I took it. It was like 5.50 or something  like that, and that's cheap for protein powder. I'll make it last until I get the promix one on amazon, which has no flavor but I'll be able to deal with almond vanilla flavored milk, yay.



Typical day will be as such: mornings with lemon ginger tea, 1 bottle of water with a cap of apple cider vinegar, after workouts I drink protein mix to repair muscles, finish my last 4 cups or 2 bottles of water. If I need, drink half cup of orange juice with allergy meds.

Also, for supplementation, I'm taking flaxseed oil for heart health (omega 3 fatty acids), glucosamine for joint health, halls drops for vitamin c and help with allergies, and I'll incorporate vitamins once a day.


In March I hope to show off a great physique and great journey.


Days 861 - 869

HIIIII!!!!

So it's been a crazy week. Let's talk about it.

I fasted fully on Tuesday, it's Friday, and guess what??? I'M 229 AAAAAHH!

So yes I'm excited. I weighed in at 229.8 this morning. I decided yesterday after getting good news from my bf that he can see 1 of his abs, I thought to myself, I need to get it together. So, in the middle of the night I came up with the following change. Please note that I was already doing squat, push ups, fire hydrants, glute kicks, arm extensions, and arm curls. However, I add leg raises and (eventually) crunches after watching this girl at this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjUj6z34tEg&t=152s) and it's been motivating me. But behold, here's the new workout:


Upper Body Workout

Warm up with 2 minute jog and 10 jumping jacks or 50 calorie elliptical

50 push ups (30 knees, 20 full)

50 arm curls 10 lb per arm

50 arm extensions 10 lb per arm

15 standing high pulls 10 lb (don’t bend hips just stand and pull)

60 leg raises (3 sets of 20)

Yoga (dog, plank, pigeon, stretch back each side, strengthen spine, child pose, butterfly, squat, toes)

4 bottles of water, 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup almond milk with protein after workout, eat at 12



Lower Body Workout

Warm up with 2 minute jog and 10 jumping jacks or 50 calorie elliptical

50 squats with 10 lb

15 Russian twists 10 lb (side to side counts as 1 rep)

Day 860

Hi.

So like I said, I am motivating myself to be better and make goals happen. I went to the gym and did the following:

100 calories elliptical
50 squats (half with weights/half not)
50 leg kicks (per leg)
50 fire hydrants
50 glute kicks
yoga (hold for 10 breaths)

I am feeling triumphant but know I got a lot a willpower to behold. For now i'll be looking at women with abs to keep motivating me.

Also, my job pulled some bs on me (my part time job) but it's cool bc I got jobs in the works im hoping to happen and to make more money with. So...that's about it for right now. More later. Bye.

Days 854-859

Hi.

So, I have been a bad girl. I have been struggling the last few days to fast. As of 1am (technically 9/11) I will be starting my fast. Only water...and eventually protein mix until my birthday, which is 3 weeks away. I have failed myself. I haven't even been active the last 3 days at the gym I believe.

I will be motivating myself that losing 30 pounds (including 10 lbs of water weight) will be great. Technically my bday is not the full goal, even though I wanted to be 200 by then, I believe that whatever weight I am will be around what I was at my lowest last year...so, my failure is my own fault.

I'm more than ever trying to get it together because my boyfriend is coming down for bday and he has been working out. So I need to step my game up. In the morning I will be doing the following at the gym:

50 jump rope warm up
stretching
100 calories on elliptical
50 leg kicks
50 squats
50 glute kicks
50 fire hydrants
yoga (10 breaths each move)

Days 848-853

Hi.

So I was suppose to start my strict regimen September 1st, but low and behold, because the one of the state's main theme parks gave all teachers free pass into their theme parks with people getting discounts (my sister just became a teacher) I am just starting tomorrow. When I am off my game, I am off my game.

So tomorrow I will keep with the September workout but will be fasting for a few days...maybe a week depending on how I feel, then incorporate one meal then 2 meals and that will be that.

Also, learned I need a second job bc my other one went sorta blah...more on that later. For now, get some sleep, I hit the cardio tomorrow and hope to complete my 5000 steps. Yay. Stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 847

Hi.

I'm not really happy right now. I did work out, I accommodated for all the in-between eating of the wasabi peas and apricot crisps (which I felt was a more normal way to eat to have something in my stomach all day, but yeah) and fulfilled my steps. I walked 3 times technically today to reach over 6000 steps.

The reason I'm not happy I guess is because everything is out of my control with money. I go tomorrow with my pops to see about a loan. Not for me, but for the house. I also owe state taxes, because some idiot in the government thought to enact a law to take out more taxes and business did not have to implement it, meaning I owed the state, AND my phone does not act right (which I believe is due to partial water damage among being old) and I had to set aside getting a new phone due to the storage unit raising the cost on me after lowering it for me last month. I hate that my boyfriend can hardly hear me on the phone, I hate it.

My bf offered to do my initial payment on a new phone, which is not what I fucking wanted. But he insisted. So tomorrow, I will try and do that. Also, I'm looking to see about keeping my regimen the same but making more alterations to it so I can have a more "lifestyle realistic plan" for the long run, if you catch my drift. I want to continue with a healthy lifestyle beyond 180 lbs. I want to be healthy for the long run, so I looked at HIIT workouts today and did not realize I had been doing them. Cool. HIIT is doing multiple exercises with less rest time, basically cardio without rest so you can burn more calories. Also, back on food prep. Being fulfilled throughout the day with less calories each food time is better for metabolism.

Day 846

Hi fam.

So a lot is going on...kinda.

Yesterday work put a small damper in my workout but I was able to workout at home. Cool on that. I'm back to 238.2, cool on that. Today I went to the gym and did a second mini workout this evening.

A little while ago I watched How Heavy are the Dumbbells you Lift? which is a relatively new anime that started in 2016 and is in Japanese and English. I've learned (and have been told during research) that it's good to eat protein within 30 minutes of a workout for muscles to heal properly. Problem is that my routine is as follows: workout, weigh self, eat, complete steps, drink protein, go to work/drink water, workout, weigh...
My thing is to weigh myself before eating, so, if im at the gym on muscle days, i'll try to weigh myself naked at the gym and munch on something like turkey/beef jerky since it's cheaper to buy than protein bars at the dollar tree (here in America). Trying to be sufficient so I don't gain all im losing back in the long run and maintained a healthy lifestyle as well.

On to tomorrow's workout, because my sis is taking the car, and I can't really take my dad's vehicle, i'll be doing the following, minus elliptical and bike: 100 reps mountain climbers, 100 reps high knees, 100 leg kicks, count of 16 for stretching and yoga, and 5 minutes of dancing, 5 minutes of jogging, plank

Day 845

Hi. 

Today I'm at work for an extra 2 hours. I did not know this...same for tomorrow. BUUUT, because I do, I get about 95 hours for this pay period, which is dopety dope dope. Backside is that this is the usual time I'd be at the gym. I want to weight myself after I workout before eating, SOOO, I rearranged some exercise so I could exercise in the office before I leave. That way I can go straight home. 

Today's change: 

30 reps of shoulder press (15)---> 30 shoulder push ups
 lat pull down (30-35)---> one legged bridge hold (10 Mississippi's each time 3x per leg)
 legs lifts
 glute kick sets
plank 30 seconds 

Well, warm up will be normal, stretch will be normal, but I'm thinking of making yoga my main "after workout stretch," you know, to get ahead of the game in my flexibility. More later.

Right now I'm in between studying, listening to this chick on youtube about hair, and looking up a monthly workout challenge for September to complete as a "thing" to myself, for my birthday come October, trying hit minimum 200 lbs, you know.

Days 838-840

About to work off the huge amount of calories I put in my body for no fucking reason today. Yesterday I did well as I only took in two drinks of protein and got back to 239.8.

If I do what the fuck im suppose to I can be 229 by the end of the month, meaning I have ample time to lose 40 pounds in a fucking month by my bday and that gives me time to be able to fix the following cosplays:

these are what im doing for j1 but I got to stop doing this bullshit and putting myself down. Also, I think im going back to apples and fruit pops, and just having my protein shake mixed in with fruits and veggies so im not starving myself of nutrients.

At the moment I said I need to do a second workout in my room. I asked my mom to NOT move stuff in the car so I can find it. She act like she ain't care, so how bout this, since you don't care, I don't care. I am TRYING to motivate myself to workout and you worrying about the car that YOU don't put a penny in. Fucking pisses me off. I am seriously, seriously, seriously, trying to motivate myself and I almost stopped. But you know what, I want those fucking cosplays, I want to fulfill my body goals to feel more good about myself, so ima work hard, work extra hours, and make the effort to be the best I can be. I want my life the way I want it. Time to work out NOW!!!!

Day 836

Hi Kingdom of Lot.

So today I stayed at work longer than I wanted to and my sister had something to do today so I did not get to go to the gym. I opted to switch shoulder and back day for leg day, which, let me tell you, was AWESOME!!

For leg day I wanted to do compound exercising, you know, get more for my buck...well, more out of burning my calories for my buck if you catch my drift. So my exercises as you know are as follows:

squats--leg lifts--glute kicks

Because it's the start of my new edited routine week, I was suppose to do 30 reps, but did 40 for squats and leg lifts and 30 for glute kicks, with extra exercises in between so it went:

warm up  10 jumping jacks to 10 jump ropes for 100 reps--stretch--
4 squats to 4 high knees for 40 reps
4 leg lifts to 4 butt lifts for 40 reps
4 glute kicks to 4 thigh lifts (or fire hydrants) for 30 reps
plank for 20 seconds--Stretch

Day 835 part 2

Hi.

So this morning I went to the gym and did my routine. I did my 30 knee push ups and I did my 30 lb bench press. However, the dumbbell fly was not okay at 30lbs. I switched back to 20lb. I will have to switch to 15 lb next go round. I also warmed up with 30 cal on elliptical and end routine with plank.

I ate just under 1000 calories today, and would have been great to finish off with a 90 calorie orange cream bar but somebody ate the last of them. Great. Gotta wait to pay day.

Days 826 - 835

Hi Kingdom of Lot...which is the Lot of you who come to my tumblr or blog to read about my life lol...

So, I decided to take my boyfriend's advice and weight my self "NOT" everyday. I have no idea how much I weight BUT I have re-edited my workout for more reps and now will be working out 7 days a week as opposed to 5. I like it. I'm motivated, especially after eating pie earlier yesterday and feeling wrong after. Won't get into it right now, but I told myself that I can do so much fucking better, and so I will. I want my spider man outfit and have a whole slew of cosplays I want to do...as well as be as healthy as I can be. So, here's my routine. Toodles. Stay motivated. Before each workout, do 100 jump ropes, stretch, and end with 20 second plank after each routine
Also, complete 5000 steps every day

Day 1: 2 x 15 reps Push-ups (knees) /barbell bench press/ dumbbell flies (chest)

Day 2: 2 x 15 reps shoulder press/ lat pull down/ Australian Pull ups (back and shoulder)

Day 3: 2 x 15 sets mountain climbers/15 minutes elliptical/ high knees both legs 1 rep (cardio)

Day 4: 2 x 15 Pull up bar assist/and biking 15 minutes/ 15 min yoga after workout (random)

Day 5: 2 x 15 dips/bicep curls/band push downs (tricep/bicep)

Day 6: 2 x 15 squats/ leg lifts/ glute kicks set (leg and butt)

Day 7: 15 min 4x calisthenics until failure: jumping jacks, push-ups (normal), squats, high knees,  Australian pull ups, yoga 15 minutes

Meals: Protein mix (pb and vega) with 1 cup milk or milk substitute, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice
Meals: yogurt with oats, apples, and sweet potatoes

Snacks: 1 bowl kix mix or ice cream bar

Meal: Meat or meat substitute over lettuce with 3 cups of water

Total estimated 800 – 1000 calories

Days 823-825

Hi fam and Kingdom of Lot.

So from Bronycon I gained about 15 lbs in water weight. Shocking, I know. However, I have decided I need to be a little bit more realistic about my weight loss, so that's why I incorporated adding in more protein so that eventually I'm losing anywhere from .5 to .7 lbs on average verses 1 - 1.5 lbs on average because, in reality, I know I'll gain the weight back quicker the quicker I lose it. So even though I'm in the midst of re-losing the water weight (went from 245.5 to 240 over these 3 days) eventually it should slow in the next 2 weeks or so. I want to honestly be 180 by the end of September, however, I will accept being under 200 by then instead if it means being healthy.

Day before yesterday I made chickpea burgers with corn, and from the leftover corn and tomato with chiles in a can this morning I'm making chickpea burgers with added onion to keep up close to the calorie count since the corn and tomato chile amounts I used don't equate to what I had left, if that makes sense. Also I decided to eat heavier in the earlier part of the day and light in the evening. So as of now it's:

Breakfast/Lunch: 3 chickpea burger patties over lettuce with ketchup and hot sauce, yum

Dinner: Yogurt with vega protein (1/2 amount) with 2 apples and 1/8 cup of oats

and don't forget your water...

So about to mix these up, i'll add some recipes later, love you guys and thanks to whoever is reading my blog or tumblr (and eventually twitter) and keeping up with me for these two years, I promise to get down in the next few months and it's becoming quite the reality with the support from bf, friends, and my love of cosplays...and nursing lol. Days 817 - 822

Hi.

It has been quite the week.

Bronycon2019 was AMAZING. I went as Twilight Sparkle and was able to enjoy the rave on Friday AND was able to hang out with boyfriend. I also ate what I wanted (yay/nay) and I learned that it's better to lose money and save my life on the road. In other words, don't drive for 3 hours when you haven't napped and go straight into work. Never doing this shit again like this. Next time I'll just call out.

On the bright side, starting tomorrow I'll go back to workout and the gym. I'll post my new updated regimen. Also, I just finished My Hero Academia season 1. BOI!! The motivation is real and I found the workout for it. Definitely motivated to do it birthday month. Looking forward to the challenge. Also, catching up on bio, and I start a new set of flashcards tonight along with watching Dragon ball super.

Day 816

Hi Kingdom of Lot.

As usual, falling behind on time. LOL.

Today I ate my yogurt bowl and chickpea burger dinner and it was DEVINE!!!!

I weighed in at 230.3 lbs today and looking forward to 229. YAAAAS!

I believe that with muscle training added in my weight loss will decrease a bit but it will be better for the long run to keep it off and I'm looking forward to my positive gains. Get some sleep and I will hit up tomorrow with pics. Get some rest and stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 815

Hi Kingdom of Lot.

So I rushed yesterday and am kinda rushing today, but I want to show the workout I posted for my boyfriend a.k.a. the low frequency endomorph workout.




Low Frequency - 4 Days
·         Day 1: Chest/Back-30 bench press/ 30 bent over barbell row
·         Day 2: Rest
·         Day 3: Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders-30 bicep curls/30 dips/30 shoulder press
·         Day 4: Rest
·         Day 5: Legs-30 squats/30 leg lifts (home)
·         Day 6: Cardio 30 jumping jacks (that’s it)
·         Day 7: Rest


So, he's been a little down but I told him we are on a journey together. Even though we are hours apart, we are both striving for our ultimate dream bodies. Time, patient, and motivation will get us there. So, as for me, today I weighed in at 231.5 and ate something other than just potatoes for the first time: corn. It was a bit starchy but I was happy nonetheless. Also, I prepped chickpea burgers for this week and part of next week. My sister and mom had them and found them fantastic. Days 812 - 814

Hi kingdom of lot.

Okay, gotta be quick.

Today marks 14 days of potatoes and 17-20 lbs of weight loss with working out. I'll give the exact weight tomorrow. Due to circumstances today, I couldn't find out my true weight. However, tomorrow i'll be eating potatoes AND corn to get back to eating other foods and then I'll add in other food come Tuesday. Tomorrow I'll add not only my stuff (which I have already done) but also stuff I researched for my boyfriend, since he want that thick hellboy body, lol. More later. Get some rest people. Days 806-811

Hi. Good morning Kingdom of Lot.

SO, it's been almost a week and I have since started my "medium frequency" endomorph workout. I did some research via internet and boyfriend resources and was reminded that while losing weight, I need to specifically be losing fat, not muscle as well. So I decided to do exercises to target body parts based on the "medium frequency" workout for endomorphs. I decided on these exercises but the workout plan is to target these body parts on these days.

Below is what I've been following since Sunday. I am back down finally today to 234.6 and also been doing potato dieting since July 15th. I finish by this Sunday coming. Trying to hit goal before bday, which is in October. And also prepare this body for J1con. Talk to you guys later.


Before each workout, do 100 jump ropes and stretch and 7000 steps before 5pm each day

Day 1: Push ups (knees)20/barbell bench press 20 (chest)

Day 2: shoulder press 20/ lat pull down 20 (back and shoulder)

Day 3: 20 minutes elliptical (cardio) or 200 calories

Day 4: rest

Day 5: dip 20/bicep curls 20 (tricep/bicep)

Day 6: squats 20/ leg lifts 20 (find leg weights)

Day 7: rest
