Day 277 Part B

So my favorite song is KARD's Don't Recall. I love it, I love it, I love it. Listening to it now. Cleaned up, cooked a corn pudding, played Dream Drop Distance, watered my hair and put in coconut oil, and about to watch Tsurezure Children with a friend of mine over the phone.

So within the last hour I was browsing youtube and while looking up KARD, I saw there was this dance competition and it was a black girl group called Iridescentvibes and they are popping. They did a rendition of Blackpink's Boombahyah and it was sooooo good, i now follow them on Instagram. Also, they may have just motivated me to do KARD's Don't Recall. Definitely need to find 2 other guys and a girl to dance. But hopefully that can happen in January. I need to spice up my life since i'm about to be done with my Masters. Well, gonna get off. Day 276 and 277 Part A

So yesterday i did not count my steps while walking. My sisters and brother in law went to my younger sister's college football game. They won their homecoming game so it was good. Later in the night however when we were playing cards, it got bad. I started to get real upset. Sometimes you just don't know why you are upset. But we were all drinking beer and my sister was yelling the whole damn time. Mind you my sinuses were bad as well and my tooth was aching from sinus pressure. my brother in law and his wife (my other sister) got into it about something and the night ended. I took some medicine and finally went to sleep.

This morning i put oil in my car and it is doing better. I put a second quart in and will check it after i finish making this corn pudding (from scratch) and cleaning the house. I decided i will from now on not say anything to my youngest sister. Even though my middle sister gets on my nerve sometimes as well. However, thanks to my youngest sister ruining intervention (alcohol related) to a family member i wanted to aid in I made my final decision to not go with her wherever she is going for grad school. She has done too much "ig" stuff for me.

Well I feel a little better now getting that out. Watch netflix crime documentary and listening to VIXX so i can start cooking and cleaning. Hope all is well with everyone else. BTW, twisted my hair this weekend and i hope to hold it up til december. I will only be rinsing with water, doing coconut milk rinses, and using coconut oil to seal in moisture. Trying to get as chemical free as possible now. Also, thinking about going back to trying the vegan diet. Only difference this time is i will use products made with eggs and will try to find an alternative to honey. Till next post!

Day 275

Hello. So I did not walk this morning. I should have counted my steps when I was at walmart with my mother but it slipped my mind. I did however finish dinner between 8:30 and 9:30 ish. Drinking bai coconut juice and will drink a bottle of water before bed. Currently listening to kpop while putting in twists. Til morrow. Be safe, reach for your goals, and good night!

Day 274

Today i did not exercise, i did eat quite okay. I stopped myself from eating extra a while ago which means the last time i ate was around 9 ish. So i can go to bed without food on my stomach. Heading to bed will walk in teh morning. Be safe, reach for your goals, and good night!

Day 273

I did okay today. Got up, did my 1500 steps as planned (about 1600 actually), had milk with a dash or two of protein powder, some slices of pineapple, guacamole chips (which i had already bought a day or two okay and need to not buy anymore), water, plain chex cereal with bananas and milk, and a little two much barbeque chicken for dinner with a few pieces of fries and a half of corn on the cob. I know I need to go back to cutting out dairy, that stuff has been messing up my air if you catch my drift. Other than this, gonna drink some water and hit the hay. Also, instead of the one punch man workout, gonna incorporate Super Saiyan, yeah i know its corny, but gotta have fun with it. Wedding in January and convention in February...not to mention december 31 i want to be wearing fun stuff. So be safe, reach for your goals, and watch out for alternative facts.

Day 269, 270, 271, and 272

So this evening of day 272 i came into some info from my potential boyfriend. Because of this information and my wedding invitation earlier in the week to verify im coming in January, i needed to again evaluate myself. And yes this is the umteenth time. I know.

However, I do indeed need to get life together. Already came into the kitchen tonight and cut up pineapple and got some bananas on the table. Need to walk in the morning and eat and go to work and drink water throughout. We shall see if i can post a new plan to stick to til the end of January. Until then, good night!

Days 260-268

Because of last weekend i'll be going back to the dc area this weekend...long story short, my car did not make it pass the northern dc area. So that will be fun...somehow. Also, signed up for 3 days of kickboxing to get myself back in order. Took a mile walk a few days ago with a co-worker during "self-care" time and I will be done with my masters in about 3-4 weeks. Been binge watching arrow for the last 5 or so hours, so gonna finish this one and then off to bed. Been an irritating/weird weekend. Hope its been okay for everyone else. Also hoping for another job. good night!!

Days 257,258, and 259

Hello people, happy Fall...I guess.

It's 2 days until my trip to Philly. I was supposed to be drinking more liquids, and I am, but I have not at all exercised. I figured since i will have to stop exercising for a while I might as well start yoga...maybe tomorrow, maybe saturday morning while at my hotel. We'll see. I already know who I'm gonna be watching.

Anywho, I have an interview on Monday when I get back. Let me plz get that because it will be about 9 or 10 hours a week and I will be super satisfied. I'll be a Intensive In home counselor and that will def jump start my counseling career. So yes. Also, my first date with my potential boyfriend is this weekend in Philly, so I'm hoping that goes well. I definitely need to get back into my all smoothie based diet. I was losing like 5 pounds a week on it and then i got off it. Once I get back on, I need to do at least 4 weeks straight before thanksgiving. and then reach 220 ish or lower by the mid of December so I can post it.

Days 253, 254, 255, and 256

So my bday went well. Following into day 255 I did pretty well in the beginning by exercising adn the lastest i ate was probably around 6. I fucked up today by not exercising. However, thru out the day my knee felt funny, and while i can give up squats for a time, i don't want to give up exercising complety. Maybe tomorrow i'll break 1000 steps just to be "active" until i go to a doctor. Don't want my knee to fuck me up later. Night!!

By the way, needed new motivation and so i remembered my first person I wanted to cosplay: Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. Gots a lot of work to do. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay active!!

Days 249, 250, 251, and 252
