Day 66 Part B

Getting off work and im tired. Tomorrow I am off being vegan but starting Monday I think ill try to strive for organic foods. I do want to keep buying vegan food products. We'll see. Everyone be safe and STAY MOTIVATED!!

Day 66 Part A

Hello good ppl, man i got stuff to say...


...So last night I said I f**d up my regimen by not doing what I'm supposed to, felt depressed,  and when I woke up this morning I decided to see if I had gained back any weight. Last week, I weighted 261...which i posted with a pic for proof. Today I got on the scale and saw I weighed 259 (let's say between 259 and 260.4 to be accurate). Now I had to remember what I had actually been doing. I stopped eating meat, of course no sweets, except peanut butter and jelly, no candy, water and juice, and i only worked out I believe once this week. I still lost over a pound...I was so excited I was in disbelief. I looked at my Avenger calender (yes, from dollar tree) and remade some goals.

I want to be between 220 and 235 by the end of next month. I believe I can do it, but I need to get it together. To start off my motivation, I decided to get rid of one pair of pants today. Size 24 dark blue jeans. I now wear size 22.

Before I forget, I wanted to stop being vegan today but ate soy wraps...learned that i need to cook them in the pan with seasoning to get flavor all the way thru. Lesson learned from mom. Had bananas with peanut butter. 2 more vegan meals today and then i'll take a break tomorrow. Power to all the vegans out there, yall are some strong ppl. Speaking of strong ppl, thanks to all my followers for sticking with me. Yall are awesome and interesting ppl that open me to your worlds.

Day 64 and 65

So for the past two days, I was not able to exercise, which is totally sad. I know my weight is gonna upset me when i weigh myself saturday morning. However, I have stayed vegan, which is a good goal. I need to revamp myself, I'm losing sight of the goal. On the positive side, I'm glad to know that the friend I met last week makes me think we are gonna be best poetry/rock/anime buddies. Be safe out there guys!!!

Day 63 Part B

So I've been watching Assassination Classroom and I feel bad for the guy. Currently on episode 11 and then I'm heading to sleep. I think I may cosplay Nagisa in the future along with Beetlejuice in female form. Well, I'm tired, wish I had exercised today, and I definitely will tomorrow morning. Here's to Wednesday. Day 62 and Day 63 Part A

Yesterday I was so tired but should have posted during the afternoon. I ate vegan but didn't get a chance to do a whole workout. I had enough time to do jumping jacks (all 50 of them) but when I got ready to jog, i had to take my sister to school. Motivation right down the drain. On the positive note, I get a week break before starting my second to last class online. Yay me. Today it's raining, so I'll postpone for sake of getting sick again. I ate my jelly stuffs for breakfast (if you can call it breakfast food) and for lunch I had a spinach wrap with red onions, marinated tofu, broccoli cuts, garlic pieces, and then discovered hummus in the fridge with roasted tomatoes. OMG, that was so good. New meal!

For right now, I decided to watch Assassination Classroom (finally) as it showed up in the sidebar on this site I usually watch (watchcartoononline). Man, I thought all this time of seeing the smiley dude's face that he was weird (yes, i know all us anime lovers are on a level of weird anyway) but now I know he's just crazy. Bad part about it, he's the nicest enemy I've ever seen on anything. Now I want to find a way to kill him, but how can you when he so damn decent...til later

Day 61

So today was kinda blah. I felt so weird when i woke up this morning. And I woke up an hour before my alarm. Well, passing on over crappy work, I just finished my homework. I get a week break and then 2 more classes and then I'll have my masters. Yay!!

Today I was supposed to start veganism again but I didn't have everything and was a little frustrated when i got home. So tomorrow my sis and I are going to the store and veganism will last until Saturday morning and then I'll weigh myself again. 250??? We'll see. Good night yall.

Day 60 Part B

So today was pretty fantastic. I haven't had this great of a Saturday in a long time. I went to the Hello Kitty Cafe and got goodies(pics below of yummy  Hello Kitty Cake, macaroons, and tshirt), got makeup spray from Sephora, ate at Chic-fil-a (not my fav place, but I let it go today), went to Barnes and Noble, and saw the movie Power Rangers (pic below). Did I mention bf gave me makeup stuffs. Hanging out was good for me today AND my information to do adult tax stuff came in, so I feel my weekend is complete. Now if only I can do my last assignment for this class then i only have two classes left to finish my masters.

P.S. if you haven't seen Power Rangers, get off your butt and watch it. It restores faith in humanity!!!

Day 59 Part B

Hello ppl, im omw home from work so im posting at the gas station lol. Ate at 4 and been drinking a lemon mix drink. Probably will put some facts up about lemons tomorrow. Btw, I get to be vegan free tomorrow for me and a friend to go to a Hello Kitty food truck tour. Dont know whats on it, but will def post and show pics tomorrow.  For now be safe and be happy!!!

Day 59 Part A

Hello people,

    So today is day 5 of veganism and I'm pretty happy. Got up ate a wrap and halo, weighed myself (pic below) and it's just a great morning. Dressed up in my torrid dress (pic below) and about to do some spring cleaning. My mom is in a bit of a pansy so I'm help her clean and I'll post afterwards. Be looking for that 250 NEXT WEEK!!!!

Day 58 Part C

Today has been an okay day. Snacked on veggie chips and halos and had that tofu wrap for dinner. Had open mic tonight and it went well. Idk what ill do when I get home...probably watch some anime. Addicted to Saikano, halfway done. Well, be safe out there. 4 days vegan.

Day 58 Part B

Hey people, in a bit of a hurry so let me say what i've done this afternoon...

For exercise, I did situps, push ups, jumping squats, and jumping jacks. Pretty nice for not jogging today. For lunch i had a wrap with lettuce, spinach. marinated tofu, tumeric, citrus seasoning, italian dressing, and vegan cheese. Had Veggie chips as a side. This was the ish.

Okay, gotta go now, lol.

Day 58 Part A

Hello people,

     So last night I looked at my phone for information of vegan/vegetarian...yadda stuff before bed, and I came across some stuff I didn't know. Let's start with yesterday's last meal...

     Because work starts at 6pm, I decided to eat at 5pm and since I had no "meatless" stuff, at a glance at my table I saw the bananas and it hit me, peanut butter and honey (raw honey from my job). Thought nothing of it. Drank some water and went to work.
     Later it bothered me about the honey for some reason so I looked it up and of course it is a by-product of bees. So now I'm like "darn it, damn it." Well, live and learn...again, 2 weeks vegan with a break this saturday. One mistake will not hurt me, but I know I can't eat it.
     Moving on, before I came home last night I bought some marinated tofu and veggie chips. I LOVE veggie chips and haven't had tofu in a while, but thought, "I want a wrap." We'll know how it works out around noon. Going to browse the interwebs...will post after workout.

Day 57 Part C

So I'm tired, and I'm going to bed. Bought some marinated tofu so i'm excited and baked beans. Make up was great today and I'm hoping to do black eye shadow in the near future. Til then, good night folks. Here's to my third day of veganism.

Day 57 Part B

Hey people, so I've been wanting to put up my "black" self. And by black, I mean my wardrobe consisting of awesome black shirts and start posting make up pics. Today I finally was able to do my black nail polish, make up my face, put on my black eyeliner, and since me and mom have somewhere to go, I threw on my Deadpool shirt, which is like one of my favorite shirt. Post later after work.
P.S. I did my workout today and had the most awesome vegan wrap. Three days vegan.

Day 57 Part A

Good morning,

     So I find myself up eating my gel like I'm supposed to and I found myself saying, "it's not what I'm eating today, it's how I'm going to eat it." I think it's finally breaking through. I like it. Although I won't be vegan forever, I like teh transitioning I'm going through...and the weight loss. Going to run some errands then walk/jog and all that jazz. Will post after.

Day 56 Part C

So I'm back from work (blah) and I am tired. As soon as I gets up in the morning, I'm going outside to workout for 30 minutes. I didn't do it today like I wanted. I did eat only twice so I can't complain. However, that 250 is calling my name and I need to go to it...I'm coming for that 250. Hope everyone is having a great night and continue to do so. Day 56 Part B

     So due to my sister's schedule I had to change the time to exercise, but no matter I can talk to you guys about my first meal today and you can def give thoughts on it, and btw everything is in the pic below. I had a pb&j with veggie chips. The peanut butter was maple almond butter (so good) and the jelly was an organic fruit spread, both of which I got from Kroger.
     Also, the bread I used was a wheat free, gluten free, and dairy free kind called Brown Rice Loaf. I'm telling you it is super ass fluffy for this sandwich, but I guess to each his own. Also I bought some Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans for later's dinner. My family already eats this kind, so it's good for everyone and taste so sweet. Might try it with the veggie tofurky polish sausage I bought...again all from kroger.
     Question of the day...for anyone who is vegan, this has been bothering me today. So at Kroger I was looking at some "meatless" sausages and one of the ingredients was "egg whites." Is this technically okay??? I need to know.


Day 56 Part A

Hey people, so I decided I'll try to post early so i don't slack...but anywhoo, went to family dollar to get some more refried beans, right??? I see Ortega refried beans is at the store so I'm like cook because I'm trying to stay vegan these two weeks. Why? Tell me why the ingredients included lard...? Fucking lard? Now I got to go to Kroger or Food Lion to get it. Lard people...still angry about that. Anyway, when i get back from errands I'll exercise and then eat...might take a pic, haven't done that in a while. Posting soon!

Day 55 Part B

So today went real well. Spent most of teh day watching vids, so it went by kinda slowly lol. I stayed vegan today, yay. Had a taco bowl with refried beans, avocado, salsa mix, and lettuce. Just finished doing my deep condition routine so I'm headed to bed. Have a good night and stay on your goals!!!!

Days 52, 53, 54, and 55 Part A

So I haven't blogged in so long (3 days) that I'm quite ashamed of myself. I'm supposed to be on this daily...but I shall try harder. As a matter of fact, for the next two weeks, I will be trying vegetarianism. I planned to be 250 by the 31st and am so excited. For those who are not convinced lol, I started off this morning eating my gel stuff like I'm supposed to, I then exercised (50 jumping jacks and walking/jogging), I had a vegan wrap known as a menic wrap from a place downtown called Coriander (AWESOME!!), and I'm now watching natural hair people online before doing my wash routine. So I'm happy. Can't wait til teh 31st...by the way, Saturday I will take as a break day due to my friend wanting to take me to a "Hello Kitty food truck"?????? Gonna go with it and enjoy it. Will update, toodles...

Day 50 and 51

So for these past two days I've pretty much just been in the house. Haven't ate heavy, but did eat quite a handful of halos and drank cranberry juice and water. Still hoping in the next few days that every time I bend down that my head isn't getting dizzy, which I forgot to read about in my medical papers. Well another day has gone, and I head to work tomorrow. I just have to make it through tomorrow evening. Also, I completely finished kingdom hearts 2.5 remix and just let KH re:coded play the theatrics while freshening up my room. I can't wait to get KH 2.8. For now, I'll watch an episode or two of anime and call it a night. Really trying to stay hydrated and get those 8 hours. I go back to my more restricted regimen on monday, given that I'm doing well...stay safe.

Day 49

well I have good news and bad news.

Good news is that I gained no weight today and ate nothing bad, as a matter of fact, I ate nothing.

Bad news is that I caught a GI bug from my father and have had the runs today AND vomited today, which led to going to the hospital. I feel miserable, but I have my meds from the hospital, 100% cranberry juice, some halo oranges, and of course water. Hopefully I'm in my right mind by Friday. Good night and stay warm, I'll be trying to with thick covers.

Day 46, 47, and 48

Day 46

Saturday was a blah day, as I don't remember much other than cleaning up, watching sailor moon (the episodes revealing Uranus and Neptune didn't have to die, yay...yes I've seen this show years ago), and started part of my paper.

Day 47

Yesterday was my best friend's birthday and after work and finishing my homework, we went to see Get Out. If you haven't seen it, boi, you need to go...NOW. It had me on the edge of my seat and in disbelief, bruh the puns was killing me lmao. Please go and see it.

Day 48

Today I had a doctor appt and my doctor, who's proud I dropped some pounds, upped my medicine dose to 50mcg for the levothyroxine, which sounds cool to me if it will fix my metabolism. I came home, rested, didn't have to go anywhere, so played a little bit of birth by sleep. I wanted to exercise but it started hailing and raining, so I'll get back on my regimen tomorrow. Gonna watch Arrow and um...I guess add more to my side project stories...that's it, have a safe night people.

I have done every part of the regimen today, at 5 I drink my craving drink (keeps me from doing stupid stuff) and I just did a 17 min walk/jog. I decided to skip the OPM for today because I noticed my arm feels painful (note: it started from lifting heavy shit at work and now if I don't watch it, I can make it worst). So today was just music and walk/jog. Felt great. I may just implement jump squats and sit ups from the OPM workout and replace push ups with working with the 5 lb weights. That should do it I think. I'm keeping in mind my goals: (you don't know these lovelies, message me lol)

Day 41 and Day 42

So today did not start off great. It did eventually get better. I exercised (with what I didn't know was a sore ankle???) showered, set my hair for tonight at work, ate, took meds, drank water, and need to do these damn taxes tonight when i get back from work. I think this will be all I'm personally post for today. Goals, goals, goals: size XL, 250lbs, then 220lbs, then 200, and then finally 180. Be able to get all the dark gothic make up I want, have a vehicle, and cosplay bruh. Have a safe 70 degree spring weather day!!!!

Day 40 Part B

So lots of stuff has happened...I met my fam at Friday's and ate boneless wings and celery and had a raspberry tea...nothing fancy, got car cleaned while talking to one of my best friends, and then got home to tell my sis about how I ate today. Because we went "not in order" of our food regimen, due to mandatory leave of the house, we deemed today a cheat day...so what did I do? Yes, of course, went and got talenti sea salt caramel ice cream...and twizzlers. Now, I could only eat 2 of them because I got tired of chewing but that ice cream was the bomb. However, I could not handle the chocolate chip and near the end of it had to put it in the freezer. Tomorrow, it's back to hard work...

Speaking of work, I almost forgot to do my peer discussion post responses...tsk tsk tsk, shame on me. I would have posted before midnight but I HAD to do that first. Well, gonna drink this water, take these allergy meds...because my voice and chest are still not straight, and watch some Sailor Moon I guess. I was SUPPOSE to watch arrow, but can definitely reserve it for tomorrow. Good night folks!

Day 39 Part B

So I been on homework for teh majority of teh afternoon and ran out of time to exercise. I will exercise tomorrow...i promise to do so. Took a break and about to do another paragraph of the paper then call it a night to go to work tomorrow. Will post tomorrow at the mall, toodles.

Day 39 Part A

So curiosity got the better of me and I decided to weigh myself...I went from 273 to 267.4, so about 6 pounds. I must say I am happy and it's because of this food regimen that I believe I'm really losing weight. I need to step my exercise game up. yesterday I decided going out wouldn't be a good idea to mess up my chest than what it already is. Today, I'll try to do some jumping jacks for a warm up, and then do my 5 rep variation of OPM. As a recap, the One Punch Man workout is actually 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and a 10 kilometer run...or 6 mile run. For right now, I'm doing 5 reps of each, walking around my drive way twice to use my 5 lb weights, and then walking/jogging for 5 to 20 minutes. I believe starting tomorrow...well monday since I have work and then will be doing a 10 minute walk at the mall, I will up it to 10 reps of everything for the next 2 weeks, then 15 reps the next two weeks, and so on and so forth. I'm not stemming away from this, but what you guys do for exercise, let me know.

Day 38 Part B

So I washed my head, I ate, about to turn off birth by sleep and maybe read an online manga. I read the first book of "A centaur's life" and its hella good. Will see if I can get it at the bookstore at the mall. My hair routine was also nice, but more on it tomorrow. Goodnight.

Day 38 Part A

Hello ppl,

I know it's late in the evening for first day post, but I was just not well this morning. Called out of work (via my mom), can't talk worth shizz (voice gone), plus I found out what was really missing in my hair regimen that caused my head to look like a hot mess...so, gathered up the ingredients and about to do small hair wash, twist it, then after dinner, lay it down for the night. Hopefully my chest and voice are back to normal by the mid of next week. I do have to work on sunday...and I am going, but later on I get to go to the mall and waste time while dad is doing some chemical stuff to the house, so more on that later. BTW, the lady I been watching today goes by Nappyfu and is on youtube. Check her out is you want to learn about hair (especially if you are 4c or in the general 4 area). So shout out to her. Gonna go ahead and shower then probably chug some nitequil when this is all over...not literally chug...

BTW, bought some mango butter that I been wanting forever...

Day 37 Part B

Hey all,

So I'm pretty tired, my voice is pretty much gone, and allergies have taken over. To think this started with my throat and I forgot to take Zyrtec (certri...whatever) this morning. Oh well, I'm passing time waiting for 1:30am to get her so I can sleep. I ate at 9:15 ish...so in reality I could probably kick it to bed around 1am. I took pics with my camera today but I'm way to tired to fish it out so I'll put it up tomorrow. Good night ppl.

Day 37 Part A

Hello, so last night I went to sleep round 1:45. After I read a few pages of my forensic book I'm go outside and do a quick five minute workout and try to include 5 squats, 5 pushups, and 5 situps, as part of my beginning to...you guessed it...OPM workout (more info on it later) and I'll be happy to get back into doing my squats. Trying to be "it" girl at the end of the month, just closer to the XL goal. Also, thought to show my camara, and salad I had at the mall on sunday. The salad was bombtastic and the camara was given to me years ago by a person who should not be given any importance nor name...so...I'll be using the camara to take pics of stuff i love and putting them on deviantart. Gotta work on the page today then I'll put up my link this evening. Bye for now.

Day 36 Part B

Hey everyone, about to eat some jerk chicken and rice and beans...been waiting on it. Gonna watch once upon a time, then I might do something random. Oh yeah, i got back on deviantart yesterday and was surprised to see it still activated, SOOOOO, I'ma start putting stuff on there if anyone cares to look. Once I update the profile, put up some good works, and re-evaluate what I wanna do, I'll put my link on here. For now, on to Once Upon A Time.

Day 36 Part A

So my head is spinning a bit, but I'm good. Had one meal today so far and will eat again I believe at 9? Maybe 8:30 instead...yeah. Gonna head outside in a bit for a quick 5-10 minute walk/job and do my 50 jumping jacks as usual. Think I'll rest on the weights so I can move quicker. OMG, just got Final Fantasy 7 today...let me not jeopardize my day, but I'm happy...even if my throat is itchy and my head is spinning. Toodles. Trying to get myself in line for these cosplays this summer. No jokes.
