Day 629 part 3

So here is a list of foods I want to have more of, simply because their calories are off the chain...in a good way that is, by being so low. Also, for more info, here's website on 40 foods low in calorie: https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/the-40-best-low-calorie-foods.html.

For all purposes, I used google to find calories. I could have used Samsung app, but decided to google.

Fruit:
Any fruit will do. Fruits are mostly water anyway. Just gotta be careful to not eat so many in sugary syrups.
Pears-102 calories
mango-raw 98 calories/del monte 140 per cup (which I just brought today, lol)
apple-medium 95 calories
grapes-2 calories per grape
oranges- medium 62 calories

Veggies:
cup of spinach-7 calories
cup of cucumber-16 calories
cup of chard-7 calories
cup of collard greens-62 calories
cup of cabbage-11 calories
cup of lettuce-5 calories

Meat:
2oz chicken of the sea salmon can, drained-60 calories
2oz chicken of the sea tuna can, drained-60
2oz chicken of the sea chicken breast, drained-50
imitation crab/cod fish-3oz 81 calories

Dairy-
Dannon light and fit-70 calories (from memory)
mozerella cheese sticks-80 calories (from memory)

So here we have it. I can add more, but I'll stick with this. Also, been staring at the yam can in my kitchen for a while now and I'll add that to the desert pile. 

Desert:
2/3 cup serving of Kroger's canned yams-140 calories

Day 629 part 1

Hello citizens of the Kingdom of Lot...

...today I weighed in at 246.8. I'm happy. I'm on track. I'm doing what I'm suppose to. Tomorrow goal is 246 to 245.

Also, for lunch I had salmons and yellow rice with greens that consisted of a mix of collards, okra, and chard. I had cut up cucumber slices, a pear, chex mix traditional bag, and a small cut of cake with half a cup vanilla ice cream. All came to an estimated 880 calories. Goal!!

At work I ate a bag of sunchips and a bag of grapes, about 185 calories and then another bag of grapes on my way to the gym, equating 230. At just getting home, I just ate more cucumbers and couple pieces of pineapple, equating 48 calories about. Gonna make post of low calorie foods next.

Also today, I made my boyfriend's workout for him to stick to. He wants to bulk up, I don't. I'll share it in the part 2 post. At the gym, I did 10 reps of bicep curls to shoulder press with a 20lb weight. Dope. And I did 10 reps of lat pulls using 50lbs. Around the middle of February...say February 15th I'll try to incorporate working with 30 lbs and 60lbs respectively. Did 72 calories on elliptical due to time restraints.

Day 628 part 2

Day 628 part 1

This has been a turnaround week for me...

So first my knee did the most, so I changed a bit of my workout, then my right ear, right side of my nose, and right side of my throat, and right side of my mouth where I have a toothache, all been radiating for the past 3 days, and I also put in 40 hours, so been pretty exhausting. I'm taking shit back, this my life and im sick of making these changes. I know shit happens, but my goal weight was 180 and a few months ago I was literally 215. That stops today...

Monday I was thinking I was gonna go home after thinking about being right and going to the gym. My coworker stopped me from going home by asking if I wanted to be her workout partner. Sooo glad I went to the gym anyway. Tuesday I went home to get some rest and get all the meds, which included half muscle relaxer, half pain pill, allergy meds, and ear drops. I bought ear drops because my ear took a turn for the worst, like absolute, and it didn't help the kid at my day job kept screaming the entire time. I felt him every damn time he screamed. But through my evening nap and working overnight, all the meds definitely did their job. Also, expresso doubleshots are not my best friend.

While at work I decided one final time to change my workout. I'm not gonna do this again until March, with the exception of adding reps or whatever. When I was with my coworker, we did 4 sets of 10 reps for push ups, sit ups, and squats with weights. I had a 25lb weight, and my knee was "okay." So I'm thinking, this brings me back ALL THE WAY to the One Punch Man Workout, but in half. Ima add 5 down reps of body rows  with 50 calories on the Elliptical and then every other day for rest I'll do 120 calories on elliptical with 10 of my heaviest arm curls (starting at 20lbs) and 10 of my heaviest lat pulls (starting at 50). Also, 4 bottles of water a day for 8 cups and 7000 steps minimum aiming for 10,000 overall. I refuse to fail at this. And im gonna starting downloading motivational dbz/anime mixes and calculate calories for exercises ahead of time so I can do them consecutively.

Day 624 part 2

Hi.

So, my tooth is aching, I'm finally at home, but I'm a bit irritated.

For one, due to my tiredness, I will not be working out tonight. That's not why I'm irritated. I called my bf to talk to him, at least for the 10 minute, 15 minute ride back home. I know he and my other friends were on their way to the movies for the dbz movie, but it did hurt my feelings a bit, and I sent that to him in a message. Hopefully I can talk to him tomorrow. Also, I ate a bit too much tonight and I'm not doing my hair. I did a 12 hour shift and I'm fucking exhausted. Tomorrow makes the 7th damn day at this job, and while I'm grateful, again, im fucking exhausted. On the bright side, I got paid early. Be safe and keep motivating yourself.

Day 624 part 1

Morning. I did my mini yoga this morning and ate some breakfast at my job which included 3 mini pancakes (so damn fluffy) a spoon or two of scrambled egg and a banana. About 450 calories or so. I have about 1000 more I can eat today.

Also, I did not specify alternatives for exercises. If I'm at the gym i'll be doing 100 calories on elliptical and 10 body rows to get myself ready for pull ups. If I can't do either, say I'm at home or elsewhere, I'll do 100 leg lifts to replace the elliptical and 100 plank steps to replace body rows. As noted, on Saturdays and Sundays I'll aim for 10,000 steps and 100 situps and 100 dips.

Day 623 part 2

so...apparently...

my body, rather my knee, does not like the jumping jack-squat-push up combo, and therefore, when I got to the 8 reps part during jumping jacks, I had to stop because I felt my knee buckle and I ain't taking no chances. I did all other exercises except the full jumping jack-squat-push up. For now, I will do 10 down on the push ups and 10 minutes of biking. The alternative for biking will be 10 down on Russian twists.

Day 623 part 1

Hi. I ate chicken sandwich from 7/11 and had a pear along with a bag of spicy sweet chili doritos. I left a pear in my cottage where I work, but i'll be eating that probably on my work to my second job.

Today has been quite interesting. Passed the driving portion of a bus at my job and got an hour or so to go. Also, gonna look for another movie to watch tonight. Til later. Be safe and keep motivating yourself.

Day 622 part 3

Hi again. I feel great.

Finished documentation planning and exercise planning for the next few months. I exercised tonight completing the jumping jacks, squats, and push ups at home outside using the steps to do my push ups. I did 10 dips and 100 legs lifts (individual, so much burn). I also completed, at this point, 11014 steps, sent in my transition notice, and ate 1400 calories of food. 2 pears, 1 banana, 2 half peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 3 bags of sun chips, a pack of mini graham crackers, and a piece of fish simply to go with my pain medicine. I'm under calorie count and within the next half hour, would have drank 4 cups of water. I should be drinking more, but for now, I'll make that the minimum so I'm not so overwhelmed with it. Days 609 to 622 part 1

Hi. Currently in training at my job so I will be kinda off sounding...sorta...

So, I have fell up some. I did go to the gym a good amount of times but I made a new plan and I'm excited. Here it is in a nutshell. Don't worry i'll explain about training and the jobs stuff later.

January 17th to January 31st. 10 ↓ jumping jacks, 1 squat, 10 ↓ push ups and then start again with 9↓ jumping jacks, 1 squat, 9↓ pushups until I hit 1 rep left. 

Then I am to do 10 body rows, hopefully more fluidly. Do 100 calories on the elliptical OR 100 leg lifts. AND I'm going to try and incorporate yoga in the mornings, and technically there some yoga positions in my stretch routine.

This seems pretty simple but will make me feel like I did a workout AND I can do it at home without the excuse of not going to the gym. On Saturdays and Sundays I will do 100 sit ups and 100 dips and make sure I get in 10,000 steps. 7000 steps during the week. So I feel quite happy. My eating should be catered down to 1300 calories...a day, food no more than 2 times a day.

Come February this will continue with a change in the body rows, BUT come March I will like to incorporate the Goku workout done here: http://superherojacked.com/2018/07/19/goku-workout/

More on superherojacked later. Also, my goal is always cosplay and to be 180 but I'm working toward the physique to do female Black panther, which will fall in place with all other cosplays. Well on to training. More later. Be safe and motivate yourself continuously.

Day 608 Part 2

So, it's been a great day. I exercised and did push ups, squats, leg lifts on floor as substitute to thigh lifts on equipment, and pull up variation via modified bodyweight rows on straps. Did well.

I was offered full time at my residential youth counseling job...wit BENEFITS!!!! More on that later.

I came to the conclusion that after talking with student admissions at the community college I want to go to that I can accept the fact I may not be taking biology 101 this semester. Why? Because someone did not do my high school transcript stuff right. Surprisingly, I told my boyfriend I wasn't angry. I don't really know why I'm not angry. But he's glad I'm not because he said I sounded stress the last couple of days, and I was depressed feeling and my toothache and menstrual cramps didn't help either. However, I will take it as an opportunity to make as much money as possible before the summer and then start. It'll be like I was never behind. Summer, fall, spring, summer again, and hopefully finish up in fall. I can dig that.

Also, I told my boyfriend that since we want to be together for the rest of our lives, I have all the time in the world to do nursing. Realistically, I just wanted to be finished by 2020, by I can stand being done in 2021. At least I'm on a good path right now.

Had wanted to do stuff on my list, like my nails, soak my feet maybe, but I'll wait til tomorrow so I can get embroidery boards and butter myself up lol.

I feel that I will be at my weight goal at the end of March. 180 is the main goal, but as bf suggested, get to 170 and then once I start toning, the 10 pounds of muscle will look nice, equaling back to 180. Here's to 2019 and living life to the fullest...now if Trump can turn back on the federal government we can all get back to our lives. Here's to everyone working but not making any money, stay strong!!

Day 607 and 608 part 1

Hello ppl. Yesterday was a fucking better day I tell you. Starting on the 2nd I watched what I ate and went from 250 to 248.7. Yesterday I watched what I ate, was able to eat 3 times at low calorie counts, and went from 248.7 to 247.2. I believe I am back on track and quite happy with the changes that will occur this month.

For exercising yesterday I did a countdown of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, twice for pushups, squats, and leg/thigh lifts on this equipment where you hold yourself on the arm rest and lift your legs/thighs to your stomach. It's almost like a standing sit up, I guess, so we'll just call it thigh lifts. Alright, cool!

I also did 100 calories on the Elliptical. I feel that my knee is not in the best shape, plus I was pressed for time, so 100 it was. I recommended to myself to push 200, but I feel that if I do what I'm supposed to then I won't have to, and I can just stick to the latter.

I also plan to put the pull up stretches (bodyweight rows) I've been doing in my stretches, into their own separate exercise so I can start doing pull ups...soon...in the next few months. I will incorporate these bodyweight rows by doing a separate set of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, sets. Starting February, I'll do 7 down, and then in March 10 down. Hopefully by the third week in March I can see if I can do my first 2 pullups. If not, then I will continue until I reach 12 down and 15 down.

For info on the bodyweight rows go to https://www.manvsweight.com/pull-up-alternatives/ and look at the 2nd video. I will be using the stretch bands attached to bars at the gym so it won't be quite the same pull but it will get the job done.

Day 601 to 606

Hi.

So, I'm not happy, at all. I'm not into the happy new year mood and I haven't really said it to anyone.

I'm currently on the phone with my bf and he knew I was not happy, let me tell you why.

So yesterday (December 31 around 11:45pm) I was driving home from work to make it before the ball dropped so I can drink with my family like I usually do every year. Because this bitch, and yeah for now it's gonna be "bitch", caused an accident by hitting 2 cars, and left metal debris in the street. I rolled over it and my father had to follow me home. But most irritating is that I was in the middle of the street in my car with a metal piece stuck in my tire when it went from 11:59 to 12:00am. I cried when I got home, on the phone with my boyfriend, and I don't believe he was aware of it.

To add to this, I have a tooth that has a cavity, which I just got under control with multiple meds, and I started my period on the last fucking day of the year.

The only thing going for me is I'm getting paid this week, my blood work from the doctor came back clear (so happy) and I did fairly well on my intermittent fasting today, and I look forward to keeping up with going to the gym this month.

I'm not happy and won't be for a while...so yeah, goals this year: 180 by march, 1st year of school done, be full time with my current time, get birth control (possibly, I hate birth control, that's for another post), and as many cosplays on my list as possible. Night people.
