Day 785

Hi, today I ache.

But also, today I weighed in at 248.2 and I'm happy about it.

It's been 3 full days heading into my 4th day where I have been drinking water throughout the day or 5 calorie vitamin rich sparkling water. I have been eating outshine or orange cream bars (2 for about 200-240 calories), with random bouts of freeze pops (5-20 calories) and ending my day after my workout with a 1 tablespoon pb powder, 1 tablespoon chocolate soy powder, and 8-16 fl. oz of vanilla almond milk, and about 6-8 fl ounces of water to stretch it out. Yummy.

So I've been getting about 400-500 calories in a day, with vitamins and minerals, getting in about 3-4 cups of water on average, and the workouts have been fun as well.

For my workouts, I have been giving myself variety. I pick 3 workouts and do a variation of 100 reps, 100 seconds, or 10 minutes of something. For example, today I did 10 minutes of basketball, 100 hip raises, and 100 second wall sit (divided of course). Tomorrow I go back to the start of my routine which on the first day was 100 squats, 100 jump ropes, and 100 mountain climbers. I'm aching, but I'm happy, and as long as I don't wait too long between things, I feel great, sluggish at times because it's hot and I'm working, but happy.

I can now order my wig for storm and gloves for Garnet. Also, I believe that if I play my cards right, I know I can be 239 before the con, but i'm hoping for 229. We'll see. Then I start adding sweet and regular potatoes into my routine for 2 weeks after blerdcon, and depending on how I feel, may keep it up for the whole month of august until I reach my goal weight. Day 779-784

Hi.

So Im going to make this quick. I failed at the beginning of the week and picked myself up 2 days ago and am now at 250. Tomorrow I hope to be at 248. I'm excited, i'm tired, and i'll speak more on my routine later on. Currently watching Aggretsuko. Stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 778

Hi.

So something I started to notice is the place of acne on random parts of my body and I think I need 3 straight days of detoxing. As long as I fulfill my nap period and look at 2 bio crash course vids, I can make it through these next few days. Also, I'm so close to the 240s. If I do what I'm suppose to I can be 239 by the end of the week, meaning I can be 229 before blerdcon, given I take my vitamins and drink protein next week.

It's been a great cool day. Despite working an extra few hours this morning, I slept well, did my bio crash notes, talked to boyfriend for 2 hours while resting, and cooked dinner for fam so mom only had to cook chicken. I didn't eat none lol.

At work, about to linger on another bio vid and then random workout stuffs. Also, hope to hear good news for dental appt in the morning. Until then, stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 777 part 2

Hi. 

So currently, I'm on the phone with my boyfriend having quite the conversation. Other than our convo I did exercise again today and ended up in the green on Samsung health. Pretty sure I didn't account for all calories but i'm happy I worked them off like I did. Gonna drink water throughout the night and hope for the best. Stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep. 

Day 777

Hi...omg I just realized it's day 777, how cool and lucky...

So this morning I ate for a total of near like 600 calories, which put like 900 calories on my damn Samsung meter and I was like HELL NO!! GET IT TOGETHER, YOU GOT 3 DAMN WEEKS!!

So I did a thing. I got off my ass and did the following:

I am damn proud of myself.

Went from like 700 calories down to about 180 calories on my phone which i'll try to show later since I'm low on time at the moment. When "Face My Fears" finishes playing, I need to be in the shower. I have my sister's baby shower, so I may eat just one thing and then try to hit 2000 steps before taking a nap before work. So, I'm back on track. I'm motivated. Striving for the 239. More later. Also, will be changing 20 min dance to 15 min dance. Stay motivated guys and enjoy Saturday!!

Day 776

Hi.

For today, since I failed yesterday due to calorie miscount and my own failure eating after knowing this, I decided to fast today via liquid. I drunk 3 of my tall water containers with 1/3 of the container this morning, equaling for about 100 fl of liquid. I had pb powder at 10fl, I had 2 container fulls of 30 fluid ounces, and a 30 fl ounce of pb this afternoon.

I'm pretty proud of myself for this. Tomorrow is my sister's baby shower, so with the exception of eating there, I am going to continue the liquid until Monday morning when I have to visit the dentist. Afterwards, I may continue the liquid on and just add fruit bars.

I really am aiming for 229 come blerdcon. If not, at least less than 239. By the end of August, a toned up 180lb babe...ok maybe not babe, but yeah lol.

Been watching food porn today in anticipation for the cooking I will do for blerdcon. I'm making lasagna and cookies. Food porn doesn't necessarily make me want to eat but does give me inspiration for cooking in the future and makes me happy...and I'm broke so it's not like I can cook all I see anyway.

Well, I must admit I didn't exercise today, but also didn't eat, so it panned out well. Stay motivated and smile. Eat, Train, Sleep.

Day 773

Hi.

I did extremely well today. Got my bio study guide FINISHED, ate properly, even looked up stuff on meal prep and working out, napped, printed out stuff needed for interview, finished my stuff at work (where I am now), and I get to just sit back and relax.

I did my workout this morning before leaving work, which was awesome and found out that my interview has been agreed upon for next week instead of Wednesday morning. I would have opted for Wednesday because I'm getting impatient and two other jobs are looking at me now, but it's all good. I'm excited.

Nothing much more. Stay motivate, rest well, get in those nutrients, and work hard. Goodnight!

Day 772

Hi Kingdom of Lot

Today was an okay day. I realized that I ate a bit much yesterday and paid for it today but I did still exercise and got under calorie count, so that was good. Also, at night these last few nights I have been drinking like a cup of pb powder with almond milk or soy and having an apple. Tonight I decided to not eat an apple but instead drink the pb powder and add cashew milk.

Kroger had cashew milk on sale today for under 3 bucks, so I was like hell yeah, and got it. Apparently it's 25 calories a cup, so I poured an equivalent of 2 cups, added water, and the pb powder at 50 calories. So tonight I'll be dining on 100 calories of deliciousness instead of 200 calories...sounds good to me.

I finished the study guide for bio today and after filling in some definitions, I can start fully studying for the Clep practice test. After I take it a few times, i'll prepare to take the real test either next month or August. Then 1 class down with 15 (I think) classes to go to become a nurse.

I'm also going to do this workout challenge in august I found. Till morrow, stay motivated. Nite nite.

Day 771

Hi

I'm so freaking proud of myself

Given today is Father's Day, I ate some of the food I made and that of what my mom made. I wrote it all down, give or take 100 calories...maybe...what? I'm trying to be honest...but I just exercised and i'll be under calorie count by the time I get to work AND I drunk more than 4 cups of water today so i'm really proud that I did do well by myself. Almost didn't exercise.

Also, hoping boyfriend's bday is okay. It's usually a sad time of the year for him dealing with lost loved ones. I sent him gifts from wish (dot) com (which will arrive hopefully in the next two weeks), gifts I'm giving him at Blerdcon, AND I sent him some money today in case he wants to do something random.

Oh yeah, since I had been at work for a year, they gave me a bbq tool set. Gave that, money, and as mentioned, cooked food for my dad. He was off today, so he definitely been chilling. Made me happy.

Other than this, gonna get ready to chill for a bit, maybe lay down again. I'm so happy I still motivated myself. Stay motivated and Happy Father's Day to you all out there being the best dad you can or have been!!

Day 769

Hi, I'll make this quick.

So I had a great day, ate coconut bar, apples, and some manwhich//chili I made for the family, did my exercise today, got in some water, watching some funny stuff, inappropriate funny stuff, and game of thrones.

Also bought my bf's gifts today. More on it later. He's usually down in the dumps around his bday so I try my best to cheer him up. On the phone with him now actually, so I'll say goodnight, stay motivated, and sleep well.

Day 768 part 2

So i had a moment of weakness and had my nephew's half eaten pizza and the last half of my gelato from last night, but I put them both in my Samsung app and within the hour, i'll be under calories...which doesn't even include my burned off calories from working out this morning. So in all, im in the good.

As mentioned, Galaxycon was good. Went as steven universe Friday and Saturday and on sunday I did deidara. Got an autograph by the Original Flash of the 90s (i'll show a pic later) and met a LOT of celebrities. Took a pic with the dude that voiced Bambi and that shit was phenomenal. More later.

Moving on to something personal, I had been thinking real hard about how the world views sex over this past year and it's funny and quite interesting. Some used it for power, some for status, and now its nothing to use it for money, but most importantly, using it for love with that special person. I still haven't done it, but I have put a time limit on it and I may never say it on here, but my view has changed from what it used to be. Stay a virgin til marriage will always be good and sound good, however, after a certain length of time, it's up to you to pick. I wouldn't advise any teens to have sex, but once you are an adult and can make "reasonable" decisions, as well as have the means to take care of a child...seriously, meaning you can take care of yourself with a job/career and some common sense, then yeah, go for it...but never rush into it.

So now that I had that motherly spat, i'ma head to bed. I'm tired, little irritated about bf not contacting me, but whatever. Night people. Stay motivated.

Day 752 - 768

Hey guys.

So I have a month literally to get it together for blerdcon. I decided since I won't be able to do gym...I will work out at home. And to put my money where my mouth is, I did 2,000 steps this morning and did the following workout after:

10 squats (with my 10lb dumbbell)
20 tricep dips
30 butt kickers
40 jumping jacks
50 crunches
40 high knees
30 bird dogs
20 second plank
10 push ups

I had a coconut outshine bar for breakfast and a granny smith apple for snack consisting of the following:
