Day 816

Hi Kingdom of Lot.

As usual, falling behind on time. LOL.

Today I ate my yogurt bowl and chickpea burger dinner and it was DEVINE!!!!

I weighed in at 230.3 lbs today and looking forward to 229. YAAAAS!

I believe that with muscle training added in my weight loss will decrease a bit but it will be better for the long run to keep it off and I'm looking forward to my positive gains. Get some sleep and I will hit up tomorrow with pics. Get some rest and stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 815

Hi Kingdom of Lot.

So I rushed yesterday and am kinda rushing today, but I want to show the workout I posted for my boyfriend a.k.a. the low frequency endomorph workout.




Low Frequency - 4 Days
·         Day 1: Chest/Back-30 bench press/ 30 bent over barbell row
·         Day 2: Rest
·         Day 3: Biceps/Triceps/Shoulders-30 bicep curls/30 dips/30 shoulder press
·         Day 4: Rest
·         Day 5: Legs-30 squats/30 leg lifts (home)
·         Day 6: Cardio 30 jumping jacks (that’s it)
·         Day 7: Rest


So, he's been a little down but I told him we are on a journey together. Even though we are hours apart, we are both striving for our ultimate dream bodies. Time, patient, and motivation will get us there. So, as for me, today I weighed in at 231.5 and ate something other than just potatoes for the first time: corn. It was a bit starchy but I was happy nonetheless. Also, I prepped chickpea burgers for this week and part of next week. My sister and mom had them and found them fantastic. Days 812 - 814

Hi kingdom of lot.

Okay, gotta be quick.

Today marks 14 days of potatoes and 17-20 lbs of weight loss with working out. I'll give the exact weight tomorrow. Due to circumstances today, I couldn't find out my true weight. However, tomorrow i'll be eating potatoes AND corn to get back to eating other foods and then I'll add in other food come Tuesday. Tomorrow I'll add not only my stuff (which I have already done) but also stuff I researched for my boyfriend, since he want that thick hellboy body, lol. More later. Get some rest people. Days 806-811

Hi. Good morning Kingdom of Lot.

SO, it's been almost a week and I have since started my "medium frequency" endomorph workout. I did some research via internet and boyfriend resources and was reminded that while losing weight, I need to specifically be losing fat, not muscle as well. So I decided to do exercises to target body parts based on the "medium frequency" workout for endomorphs. I decided on these exercises but the workout plan is to target these body parts on these days.

Below is what I've been following since Sunday. I am back down finally today to 234.6 and also been doing potato dieting since July 15th. I finish by this Sunday coming. Trying to hit goal before bday, which is in October. And also prepare this body for J1con. Talk to you guys later.


Before each workout, do 100 jump ropes and stretch and 7000 steps before 5pm each day

Day 1: Push ups (knees)20/barbell bench press 20 (chest)

Day 2: shoulder press 20/ lat pull down 20 (back and shoulder)

Day 3: 20 minutes elliptical (cardio) or 200 calories

Day 4: rest

Day 5: dip 20/bicep curls 20 (tricep/bicep)

Day 6: squats 20/ leg lifts 20 (find leg weights)

Day 7: rest

Month of September raise to 25                                               Month of October raise to 50

Key is to exercise precisely and slowly                    In the event of missed exercise, do 20 sec plank

Days 804-805

Hi.

So, not gonna be a long message...again. I am currently 239.6, back to where I was last week before blerdcon. I'm excited. Yesterday I learned and was reminded of losing fat, not muscle. So I need to get off my butt and do muscle toning workouts so that my frame stays strong and im only shedding fat. Makes sense, but people do crazy things and I want to still be a strong body, not just lose weight by losing my muscle, what's the point. Tomorrow or some time later i'll post my "medium frequency" endomorph workout I created.

Days 802-803

Hi.

So...I don't really feel like talking about much. I went back down from 247 to 244.4 and it's my third day of potatoes and it's great. Less dehydrated today as well.

I did make my 7000 steps but did not do a workout bc I was not energetic enough to do it a.k.a. did not have the energy to do it. I will try and knock out my 75 squats, but other than this, blah.

Day 801 part 2

So this afternoon got worse with my friends from philly not getting along with each other. Put me in a anxiety and sorta sad state. After sort of sorting it out and it withering to a fail, I have finished my workout, found my boyfriend second bday gift (pixelated batman) and am ready to eat my sweet potato after I shower.


I'm not really in a happy mood. Im in a "stable" mood, especially after talking my bro. I'm going to shower then try to study bio. I might message again...but if not, i'll message tomorrow. Stay cool out there.

Day 794-801

Hi.
Good Morning!

I know I passed by Blerdcon, but it was incredible. I cosplayed Storm (and got a discount on my picture I'll post later), I cosplayed Garnet and got a picture with Estelle and my friends, and my anniversary gift was a plushie Deidara, which I had in my chest with Deadpool and my Akatsuki jacket on. Oh, and I did Catwoman for the DC photo shoot which went well...and hot as hell lol.

I ended up weighing 237.9 on Thursday morning. I did make lasagna, cookies, and ate bbq chicken pizza at the con and now im starting off my 2 week potato diet at 247.7 with a workout of 100 mountain climbers, 75 squats, 50 push ups, and 25 sit ups. On every other day, I'll strive for 10,000 steps. So i'm starting off my morning with one boiled potato and will "reward" myself with a sweet potato for dinner. Two weeks guys!

Also, no seasoning...so this will be a fun challenge. I mean, I'm trying to surprise everyone by the end of august with a body of 180lbs. If I'm being super realistic, I'll aim for 210-200 lbs by the end of august. September will be a tough ass month as I'll be going back and doing a extreme workout to become goku-like for J1 con...and mile morales. Gotta pick a third cosplay later with the group.  I'll search today for a workout and do it 3 times a week OR according to the workout. I know I had workouts lined up...but lets finish the potato diet first.

Day 788-793

Hi.

At this point, not to bring down anyone else's weekend, I'm fed up with everything.

Today was my pop's bday and I was Gucci all day until my mom told my brother to frost the cake. I don't like how the frost was put on there and I wanted to smooth it on myself since I made the cake and most impressively made the frosting from scratch (yay me, first time).

My sister laughed at it and announced to the family sarcastically that I was irritated. After we wished my dad happy bday, I hugged him, said happy bday, and went to lay down for work. Might as well have not laid down at all since I could hear them all talking in the kitchen all loud and shit.

Positive note: I weighed 241.8 this morning. I hope to weight minimum 241.2 tomorrow since I had to taste the frosting to see if it was sweet...and might have tasted a bit of batter...don't judge me

Work hasn't been much better but I just have to last to fucking Wednesday morning then im free and blerdon is on Friday and im leaving hella early.

I look forward to sandwiches...once I do reach 239.9....I will incorporate a fourth a piece of bread to get my intestines back in order til blerdcon...if you catch my drift. Get some rest. Eat. Train. Sleep.

Day 786

Hi.

So I feel I have been missing putting info in here, bc I know in past posts I put "more later" and I feel like I never explain when later gets here. Hopefully I can do that now...if I missed something, I'll check my post and update this weekend...

For the most part, been doing the 3 workout a day and today I slipped on my yoga stretch. I was suppose to hold a yoga wheel pose for 100 seconds (divided of course). I was able to do 2 sets of 30 seconds and then I couldn't do it anymore. I figured next time, I would do 10 minutes of straight yoga and just count each exercise for 4 counts of 8 as opposed to 100 seconds. On the bright side, I was still under calories count. Today I learned I lost .2 pounds instead of the greater than 1 lb I'm used to losing. I figured drinking my protein shake too late was the cause, so, I adjusted today and had it by 6pm.

My body was aching so I took a bath with Himalayan salt, bath salt, and white rain soap. Soaked for about 20 minutes and it did the trick. My muscles still ache, but I'm way better than I was.

More Later: and here's where I hope I'm updated on everything. Bf and me are cosplaying 3 pairs for blerdcon, namely batman/catwoman, storm/black panther, and steven/garnet. I'll be done with my cosplays by next Tuesday no later than Wednesday. I applied to multiple jobs on Saturday and have an interview tomorrow with this bio lab which pissed me off last week so I'm taking the interview with a grain of salt. I am 248...if I had not posted that yet, hope to be 247 tomorrow. I'm back on the grind of bio...hope to kick it up a notch real soon. And, I think I have solved the answer to my food prep ordeal, definitely more on it tomorrow, bc I love it. Stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.
