Days 952-955

Hello ppl

So it's been a crazy and calm few days. Ironic. I got down to 239.1, yaaaas on Saturday morning. However, I ate overnight at work so I'm hoping to weigh in the morning when I get off. I decided it was a sorta cheat day. I had vegetarian lasagna at work, French toast, and some of my veggie stuff at home. What made it a "cheat day" was that I ate more that I planned to and that the vegetarian lasagna may have had cheese in it and milk. I'm not sure as the ingredients weren't on it, but I had no meat or eggs or butter, so we'll just take it with a grain of salt (pun intended).

I cleaned myself out with water, Kombucha, and laxatives and just rested today at home. I have no sweet vanilla almond milk with peanut butter powder and sprinkled sugar (bc the taste was omg negative due to the vanilla being unsweetended lol), the last of my peppermint kombucha from aldi this morning, and half a bottle of water. Those are all I'm having overnight at work tonight.

I plan to try and exercise in the morning after my teens go to school before I head home. Then I'll weigh in.

Also, FINALLY GOT THE ULTIMATE WEAPON IN KINGDOM HEARTS 3!!! Also playing KH union on my phone and gonna try and make it to day 100 on my 2ds. So yeah, getting ready for that DLC come next month. If you a fan, let me know. Also passed my bio practice test last night and gonna call tomorrow to see if I can schedule the CLEP extremely soon so I can start the nursing process.

About to work on one of my stories I miss, so here's to a good night ppl. No more cheating until I get to philly. Stay motivated. Here's to another 20 lbs!!!! Be positive everyone, year almost over. GN!!

Day 951

Hi.

Hope you alls are doing well.

Today I ate. Pretty tired so gonna wrap this up to the point.

I ate my prepped meal and it was so good. Afterwards, like 30 minutes later, I realized I still wanted else to eat. I couldn't do the protein within adding naked or 100% juice (and I forgot I probably could have done a banana but was too lazy for that deep in my subconscious) and so I had 7 whole wheat French toast sticks, with nothing on them, and afterward my body was satisfied. It took place of protein drink.

So for the rest of the day, here and there, I had water and I was okay. I still feel okay. Also, I exercised my 50 jumping jacks, 50 push ups, and 50 leg lifts, and stretched accordingly. I weighed in at 242.7, so I'm getting down there lol.

I think I'm going to incorporate some kombucha into this regimen. I recently (like 15 minutes ago) was watching a woman on youtube named Bekah Martinez...I think that's her name, and she was mentioning "cleaner" eating and probiotics and how that helped her skin. So I thought, why not start off my day with a cap of Kombucha to get those probiotics in. Also, instead of naked juice, I could just do a banana, but I don't feel like using the blender all the time, so I'll work that out laterz.

So yeah, that's everything. Did well today. Here's to motivating on to tomorrow. Stay motivated and stay live.

Days 937-950

Hi.

So, I have to apologize for not posting on here, BUUUT I don't have to apologize for not doing what I'm suppose to. So for the last few days I have been liquid fasting with water, almond milk, 100% juice, and protein powder, and so far so good. I also had been exercising in the morning. Let's backtrack.

So after Thanksgiving, I tried to get it together, but I let myself go. Water weight bought me back to 257 and then I got it together, lol. So as of these last few days I've been telling my two "wives" for accountability on how I been doing. I've gotten down to 243.4 and so either tomorrow or day after tomorrow I'll be able to eat. I don't want to stress myself since I been doing so well, so I may just start eating tomorrow. One meal a day plus 2 drinks of almond and protein until I'm able to get the peanut butter completely vegan protein powder...speaking of, I'll be veganing it out until I go to Philly and visit boyfriend and peoples, but starting in January, permanently for 1 month all together I'll be eating nothing but veggies and fruits and nuts and grains...VEGAN...and hopefully this will help me entrance into an 80% if not FULL vegan lifestyle.

Today I also made 10 (11 no cabbage) food prep containers, and zomg it was great. Will try and post a pic.




They consists of 2/3 cup seasoned onion and cabbage (for the base), 2/3 mixed veggies of peas, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, and 1/3 cup mix of table blend seasoned black beans, kidney beans, baby bella mushrooms, and regular mushrooms. To top it, 1/2 sweet potato broiled with olive oil and cinnamon. Now I haven't tasted them, because you know, still fasting, but gave mom some, and she LOVED IT!!. I feel happy, in control of food, and regular to hit that 225, then 200, and finally, 180!!

Going to be binging Blood+ and Star Wars tonight along with youtube vids, til morrow, sleep well!!
