Day 308 Part B

We are now at the end of the day. I did fucking great guys (trying to cut back on cussing but so excited yet tired at the same time). I had 4 eating times. This morning had a flatbread lettuce, cheese, and tomato sandwich with lemon juice and lemon pepper. Lunch, had nachos with meat crumbles (veggie) and melted cheese and shredded lettuce with some juice from the stewed tomatoes to keep it from tasting dry (to me). Had pb&j on flatbread with a half cup of cheerios dry for snack. For dinner, spaghetti homemade. It's been great. Under in my calories. I would show the pic of my nachos, but i think i'll do that tomorrow. Also, feeling okay from incident. Do feel some aches from when i messed up exercising this year but other than that, nothing from the accident. However tomorrow still awaits, so we'll see. What else?...Oh yeah, saw all the young Naruto films and will start the Shippuden ones now lol. So with that, time for bed. Be safe, reach for your goals, and you can be motivated! GN!

Days 307 and 308 Part A

Hello. Yesterday I was under in my calories (good for me) and I ate fairly okay. However, I was supposed to make it to George Mason University for an event with my boss and coworker, but we never made it, know why? Freaking car accident. It was bad. We are all okay. No scratches or anything, but there is a broken piece off my boss' car. Two other cars hit us and hit each other and then a lady (assuming) driving to miss it ended up getting hit by a 18 wheeler. Never have i seen something so close. We all walked away.

With all that, I still did good. I weighed 267 last week and now am 266. Today I counted calories for breakfast (flatbread with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and lemon pepper and lemon juice) which came to 382 calories. I also have the step counter on, and since I'm supposed to take it easy, I simply walked around the driveway twice to aid in my food digestion. So far I'm happy. Not suppose to do strenuous work today so I will walk, but not anything else. If I can hold off til 2:00 then that's when I'll eat lunch.

On the positive side, I've been looking at cars and houses. Found a saturn suv i like and a 4 bedroom house with all we want. Just gots to start my jobs so i can get them. I'm excited. Also, once I get a car, I'm thinking about behavior technician. It pays $20 an hour, so why not. Life is damn short. Until next post!!

Days 304, 305, and 306

So i pretty much failed the last two days, with the exception of counting steps. BUT TODAY BOI!!!! I did good.

So this morning my ass was disappointed by two things. One, because of an issue beyond my control I couldn't get paid today, and Two, since I couldn't get paid today, I couldn't go buy fruit amongst other things. So I ate Thanksgiving leftovers. Now my ass got up and went out for my walk around 5:30 ish and did my 4000 steps. Great right? Then after playing Brawlhalla for an hour I couldn't resist eating dinner. Due to the fact I couldn't redo dinner calories to automatic I went in and estimated by replacing with pasta (at 4 times the amount). That came to 880 calories, resulting in being 900 calories over my goal of the day on Samsung Health.

So at this point I feel i failed yet again. I had did all my exercises and steps for the day and yet I still failed...but then I was in my room pondering "what the fuck is my problem" there must be some exercise I can do to burn this off before I head to bed, because I can't keep failing myself. Thank God I saw "dancing" on Samsung Health. I burned 1000 calories dancing in an hour to pop music YAAAY!! I am so proud of myself. I found my outlet. I also continued to count steps. Day 303 Part B

Well I definitely didn't eat like I should have which included two more smoothies didn't have enough fruit I know but I did drink my five cups of water and my goal was to drink four so I'm happy about that. also been watching Arrow and I am on season 5 episode 20. some ill start season 6 and I'll talk about other shows later. I'm excited to get up in the morning and kick off another great day of working out so I want everybody out there to be safe, reach for your goals, and stay motivated.

Day 303 Part A

I am so excited I got up this morning and did my exercises I did 3 sets of wall push-ups 5 reps each and did a minute of leg lifts and a minute of sit-ups so I probably did more than 30 each I also did a minute of jumping jacks and did over 4,000 steps. About to drink my strawberry pineapple water smoothie and play on my PS4. Hope everyone is staying motivated and I will message later.

Days 300, 301, and 302

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I don't believe i worked out day 300, but yesterday i went outside and did push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, and from then and throughout the day completed over 4000 steps. I also finished Flash (so sad) yesterday and working on Arrow. Since today is Thanksgiving, and i had to do corn pudding, devil eggs, and other stuffs, i didn't get to workout, but i thought to myself, why not make my own regimen again?

Switch every other day; 3 smoothies and 3 bottles of water a day; spray water/oil on hair
1 MINUTE OF JUMPING JACKS              4000 STEPS               
THOROUGH STRETCH                              30 LEG LIFTS
3 SETS OF 5 WALL PUSHUPS                   30 SIT UPS

3 SETS OF 5 DIPS     3 SETS OF 5 SQUATS      10 SECOND PLANK  

So I'll do the top portion tomorrow and the bottom portion (along with jumping jacks, steps, and stretching of course) day after tomorrow. This is durable I know. The idea was to make it so that i have no excuse saying I couldn't do it. I accounted for knee pain and i need to start from the very bottom to do proper push ups. I'm optimistic in heading toward TenTen, Karui, and Fuu. Gonna keep myself motivated from here on out. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay mother fucking motivated...

Day 298 and 299

Yesterday I join the National Congress of black women and became project coordinator for the homelessness committee. Today I found out that I will be having orientation for my new job next week and I am excited. So I have not been updating because I have been failing. So far most of the time I account for steps everywhere I go on Samsung health, I am awaiting an orientation date for the youth counselor position, and found out stuff about the retail job I had that was so ironically funny, I should post at least a vague description tomorrow. Day 291

So I followed through with Samsung Health today and it went pretty well. Decided that from now on I'll listen to spanish lessons (Spanish with Paul on Youtube) while walking and do a video of sign language during the day. Gonna see if I can do some exercises on samsung health before i head to bed to see how it will work (yeah sounds confusing right now, will explain tomorrow). Ate more of mom sheppard pie then i should, but other than that, counted steps at times throughout the house. Wish i remembered while i was cleaning though, lol. Well, here's to a good night sleep. Day 290

Hello. Went for a walk this morning and also did some walking in the house toward my samsung health steps. Cleaned up room a bit and did a bit of laundry (fresh linen clean from urine; my nephew is still learning, lol), went back over the alphabet in sign language (one of the languages I hope to have a basic understanding of by the end of the month) and played a lot of Brawlhalla.

Speaking of goals: I know i want to lose weight and i'm working on it. As for all my other goals,  I plan to have basic Spanish and basic Sign Language on my resume/cv, become a youth counselor for this job i applied for, get an suv, and I'm pretty sure a slew of other things, but I'm getting quite tired and my nephew is looking at me closing my eyes lol. (Also been quite positive/uplifting today).

Day 289

It has been a day. I'm so tired I will shorten it...maybe speak on more of it tomorrow.

First I took a walk and didn't record the steps, no prob, recorded them throughout the day. Then yesterday and today  I told that I finished my masters and I didn't get the reaction I wanted (exception my parents, youngest and oldest sibling) until I posted how sad I was feeling about it on one of my favorite groups on facebook. They made me feel a lot better by telling me to stay awesome and congrats that i finished my masters. And my potential bf. I later find out that my mom said one of the people i told that didn't react was having an issue i knew nothing about, however, we won't get into it.

I played Brawlhalla and that went well today, tried to get my fingerprints done for the youth counselor job and found out the precinct headquarters was closed in view of Veterans Day as well as the people who set me up for an interview at noon today who were not there either. So it's been an up and down day. Tried to watch Age of Ultron (not loading propertly) while drinking vodka and juice and read some religion stuff that had me f***ed up. It needs to be a post by itself.

Day 288

So a lot kinda happened today. I did not exercise, so i will get my ass up in the morning and do that, I learned of a ps4 game called "Brawlhalla" so that is the greatest game similar to Brawl I ever downloaded and played for 2 hours, finished my last discussion post  replies...and teh big prize of the day....wait for it...I FINISHED MY MASTERS AND GOT AN 800/800 FOR MY THESIS!!!!!!!!!

I went thru the house like a mad crazy woman about how excited I was, but due to the mishap we had yesterday with a guest at the house, my sisters and brother in law have been shitty. Told my sister I finished and was so excited but she didn't even crack a smile. This hurts my feelings, it really does because I have been waiting for this for 2.5 mother fucking years, adn the day I'm literally done is the day after the bullshit. Well, I will be celebrating probably by myself this weekend, with some alcohol and some shows like Arrow and Flash. Til morrow. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay motivated people!!!

Hello everyone so today has been interesting I turned in my background packet got two job interviews worked out this morning and play Dream Drop Distance.  Yesterday was everyone's day to vote and my home state of Virginia did real well with the voting and I'm proud of everyone who went out and voted. Day 284

My mouth hurts...I just did my very last paper, my thesis for my last class. I did a reflection paper as well, and i did a powerpoint. I tried to do a voice over narration like 5 times and now my mouth hurts. Feel a weird sense of freedom though. Playing the waiting game on my grade.

Straightened up my bedroom a bit, washing a small bit of clothes, and gonna do my small workout then hit the bed. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay motivated!

Day 283

Hello. It is late and due to circumstances i have to deal with in teh morning, I will make this short. I repeated the small exercised from last night a little while ago. Pray that i finish my last thesis paper due tomorrow and that I start memorizing some poems. Also, sold my car to the junk people today...you should see my sad face, but i'm hoping for better after the next 3 paychecks, maybe a $3000 car, preferably SUV. Any who, for those out there doing school, MAKE COPIES OF YOUR UNOFFICIAL AND OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. This is not a joke. My sister was helping me do my Curriculum Vitae, or CV for short and her CV got her a job interview and possibly start within a month after she straightens some personal stuff out. Man life is interesting.

Day 282

Learned a few things today. One, I don't need to worry about going back to school for a while until i can deal with school loans...don't worry i haven't got over $100,000 of loans. Two, i need to know how to work on my own damn vehicle since my Chevrolet Cavalier is beyond my reach now and i have to junk it. Three, need to finish my poem on my phone about how life is ridiculous. Four, I want to do so much for everyone since life is fucked up.

Other than crazy life, i am alive, not hunger, played ddd, looked over my final assignment due Sunday (which I'll describe tomorrow) and I did not count walking steps today. However, a little while ago I decided to do the following: 5 squats, 5 crunches, 5 leg lifts, 5 sit ups, 5 russian twists, and 5 seconds of planking. Not so much for weight loss, but to keep myself active and for strength. Need to keep doing better.

Want to discuss more, like the pineapple veggie drink i made with my niece and nephew tonight and how my brother in law and sisters picked my nerve today, but I need to go to bed for stuff in the morning. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay motivated!!

This morning did my workout. Still working on doing right in the evening, but taking it slow. Found out today my car engine is wrangled and mangled and I need a new car basically. Day 278, 279, and 280

So much has happened in the last few days so i'll try to sum it all up.

Day 278 had a great phone interview for Youth Counselor.

Day 279 twas really irritated with my youngest sister, my second sister had surgery which went well and my cousin went in the hospital for high blood pressure and bloody nose (she seems okay for now and hope she continues to get better). Also was told to fill out my background check for the Youth Counselor job. Ate candies, played Dream Drop Distance, watch Monster High (so awesome), and a movie called Stitches on Netflix (seriously watch it, it is a certain type of special).

Day 280 i got off my ass this morning and used my samsung health app (below). I got stuff at work done and talked to a friend of my brother's about getting my car fixed. Also, my Direct Support Professional job said they had a client for me on Monday and Wednesdays once my car is situated i can do that. Money is about to be up in this place.

Gonna try to keep pace with everything. Even gonna call about the phlebotomy class tomorrow to start it in January. So far things are looking up. Now once i start rolling with these paychecks i can save for a house. I'm happy. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay motivated!!
