Day 188

This morning I woke up. Got out the bed, went to the bathroom, went back to my room, stretched, took off my clothes, got on that scale...AND SAW GLORIOUS 252.4!!!!! I gots 11 more days til otakon and everything is looking great. Next Monday I'll buy stuff for Garnet's cosplay. I think since my bf going, I might skip on kiki and do luffy instead. I can go buy shorts and a nice red shirt with a straw hat from dollar tree. 3 cosplays, got some dresses im gonna fit into, and I'm just feeling so fantastic. Haven't messed up yet. Hope you all are doing great out there and continue to reach for greater things!! Love ya, thanks for sticking with me this long, and let's continue the journey!! GN!!

Day 187 Part B

Finally finished homework. Listening to DJ Okawari...I think I'm going to have to buy his stuff. I love it. Listening to the album Kaleidoscope on youtube now from where I guess I left off a week or so ago. Going to go to sleep soon and try to exercise in the morning before heading to the office. Need to drink a bottle of water with a fish oil pill and then I'm done for the night.

I'm really content i finished everything. Finally put mattress cover on bed, did my office papers, completed 3 days...3 DAYS OF JUICING!!!!! I weight myself when I wake up. Oh yeah, I bought a sort of dark blue color dye dress for kiki's delivery service cosplay. Need a wooden broom and red shoes. We will see how it looks next monday...my goal is to wear a 1x to Otakon and the dress is a 2x, so either way I'm going to be able to wear it. Also, found the leggings I need for garnet at Torrid. I will get them next Monday...or this Friday coming up after I weigh myself. 2 more days of my retail job.

Day 187 Part A

I feel so awesome right now. I have homework to do so this will be a quick post. I had work this morning and so i decided to do a mini workout when I got home. I did 100 jumping jacks broken into 25 reps. Decided not to do burpees and mountain climbers since my arm was bothering me. But either way, at least I did something active. I made my smoothie out of blueberries (some of which I ate in the car from falling out the bag while driving), frozen bananas, grapes, and some bits of ginger I bought. Tangy. Can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow. I know I didn't mark a weight at the beginning, but as long as I'm under 260, I know I didn't do too bad before this juicing started. On to homework, toodles.

Day 186

So today was a pretty decent day, washed clothes, made bags for the homeless, passed out bags to the homeless, received hugs, may have a job with a cookie company soon, exercised today, and had my fruit smoothies today. It is also Day 2. Had no problems. Can't wait to weigh myself on Monday morning. Also, in my smoothies I put whatever fruit I buy. Today I had my pineapple, orange, and grape smoothie with milk I made from yesterday, but this evening I used banana, grapes, and blueberries and almond milk. I'm happy. I take a vitamin and a niacin with my smoothie after my workout and a fish oil at night. So far so good. Also this is what I did for my workout:

jogged for a few minutes for a warm up
25 jumping jacks
4 burpees (beginner)
16 mountain climber reps
all x4

Pretty rough once you get into the burpees. I was tired but very happy. Until tomorrow...

Day 182, 183, 184, and 185

Day 1 of juice fast

So I have two weeks til otakon and my brother gave me a new regimen that is kicking my butt hard...so worth the sweat.

20 seconds jumping jacks
20 seconds burpees
20 seconds mountain climbers
x4 is the goal but it was hard today

Day 181 Part B

So its been an interesting day. Pretty tired. Cousin came over, didn't have to go to my second job. Got paid today, been pretty calm. Gonna head to bed and get in my 8 hours I have been needed to get in. More about life tomorrow. Stay hydrated!!!!!

Day 179, 180, and 181 Part A

So it's the middle of the night. I did 120 jumping jacks, drunk water, finished homework, had my sigma alpha pi meeting, and washed my hair...and finally got a chance to scrub my feet.

I realize that my feet get rough pretty quickly. Usually a soak does fine for most people feet, but I have to literally scrub...not everyday, but once or twice a month, maybe while letting your conditioner set or you watching a movie, give some attention to your damn feet. They will thank you later. I have some scrub i bought from work last year and it is also an oil. It is the best evar. I'll post what it is later.

It looks like if I do what I'm suppose to, Otakon should be a breeze. Also, I'm looking at Deidara, Superman, and Garnet...for realz this time.

Oh crap, it's 3:16am, time for bed, til later.

Day 178 Part B

I'm tired, but happy. I did 50 jumping jacks, 30 squats, and 10 push ups (4 standard way, 6 on step). Drunk my liquid drink...you know the one with the apple cider in it, and I'm feeling so tired but so awesome. Can't wait to weight myself in the morning. Good night people and be safe!!

Day 177 and 178 Part A

So I got out of hand and weighed 160.2 or so yesterday. Today I weighed 259.8. Last night when I finished my errands I ate fruit pops, so I know it's time to get back to my juices and smoothies. Today I made the pic below. It consists of pineapple, banana, grapes, bit of turmeric, bit of cayenne pepper, and a splash of water and almond milk.

Also, yesterday when I was getting something to eat, I hear on the radio that we lost Chester of Linkin Park. I was shocked. He committed suicide yesterday in the morning. We are losing all the people to the issues of this world and we need to be helping one another. I find it hurtful that people like Chester and Robin Williams loved helping others with their talents, but when they were by themselves, they needed help for them. Listen to Linking Park at work and will probably for the rest of the day with the exception of being at my retail job. If you don't know the group, I suggest you get on youtube and look up Hybrid Theory, it was the first album I heard in my teenage years. Bought it yesterday. If you are depressed or feeling down or been abused, talk to someone, hell send me messages so we can talk. I'm not certified or licensed in my field yet, but talking makes me feel better, and so does listening to my favorite music. R.I.P. Chester.

Day 176

So last night I worked out. Went well. Today, I had the most awesome day. Gave proof I had a driving course, won stuff from 92.1 FM here in richmond, got some healthy food info, bought chicken wings, mom and sis came back from vacation today, passed on my paper I had to turn in Sunday night, and bought me an exercise bra from torrid. I like it, does a partial zip in the front. Also, bought some rings.

Also, I weighed myself this morning and I thought I was 265. I was 259. Glad to know I will never go over 260 again. Happy. Gonna exercise in the next hour. Jog around the driveway a few times and aim for 100 jumping jacks, 25 squats,, and bottles of water, along with a niacin, hair, skin, and nail vitamin, apple cider vinegar, and a cayenne pill. After all that, a nice ass shower.

Day 175

So i didn't fast today ( I did say you guys could yell at me) but in an hour I will be exercising. I'm excited to FINALLY get back on track. I think I'll just jog tonight for about 8 or so minutes to get my body back in gear and do it every night until I can eventually reach a mile...my left arm and left side of my neck have been hurting so no push ups for now, I may stick to 100 jumping jacks for a while as well. I'm happy. Til morrow.

Day 170, 171, 172, 173, and 174

So, I thought I could fast, but apparently I could not, so I have an idea...and I welcome anyone to yell at me if I don't do this following my next post...

I am an administrative Assistant and have to work in teh morning, so with the exception of tomorrow, I thought I would fast all day tomorrow, maybe drink some veggie juices, and then for the rest of the week exercise in the early morning, meaning go to bed around midnight to get 7 or more hours of sleep. I really want to get another 20 pounds off but keep fucking lacking. Also, really falling behind on these posts and that is very unlike me.

Also, I definitely need to go to the store and gets me 2 exercise bras and a battery for my scale. Need to get down to the 240s.

Oh yeah, did my 2 week notice today, but wanted to get permanent evening hours on tuesday and wednesday. We shall see how it goes. Be safe out there, and HYDRATE!!!!!

Day 166, 167, 168, and 169.

So, i am behind, I know, and I have not been exercising.

Not sure if I mentioned this, but instead of working toward the jail job, I got an Administrative Assistant job under a Licensed Social Worker, and I love it. Also, my brother that made parole was allowed to come home Tuesday morning. I'm happy for all that so far...

...I'm sick of my retail job, so damn sick that I decided I would either cut the hours or leave after putting in a two week notice. Being the adult I am, i put in for a schedule request...it got denied. So I decided that's it, it's over. I don't mind 3 jobs, but I'm going to have a free weekend and be able to get some sleep and be able to do homework and my homeless project. Luckily while at my admin assist job I went to office depot and talked to a friend and manager about working there, and I'm applying TONIGHT!!! I asked about working tuesday and wednesday and night and it sounded good to the manager.

It's a lot of info, but yeah, I need to start exercising soon. Until later. Good night and be safe!!!

Day 161, 162, 163, 164, and 165

So I know I'm behind, lost a bit of motivation to work out, and straight got the lowest assignment on any assignment since I started my masters program, but I have had a lot of positives this week.
,
For one, I got a job as a Administrative Assistant for a Licensed Social Worker at the building my mom works at. I'm super freaking excited. Next, I can put in my two weeks, probably tomorrow, for my retail job. Also, me and one of the best friends went to see Spider Man Homecoming (which was great) and my other best friend and I did driving school course today and passed. Went shopping for a dress for her and shopped at a new nerd place called Box Lunch. Great day so far.

Need to do a short paper and then I should exercise, but my dad celebrated his 70th bday and I been eating blah the past few days. I would really, REALLY, like to get back to eating clean and dropping a pound a day.

Hope every else's day is okay. Also, before I forget, why should virgin men be a negative thing????

Day 156, 157, 158, 159, and 160

Hello citizens. This has been a week.

Thursday I had a oil change, cousin found metal pieces in oil...that caused a panic issue.

Took car to another mechanic who said my oil should be okay and also did transmission flush so I could drive my own car up safely, which became $100...

I spent $100 since my dad wouldn't let me take the nissan...which i only asked bc i was worried about metal coming out my oil change...

Didn't leave for the con til freaking 3:30pm

But once I got to the con...it was heaven. If you went to blerdcon, it was all that and a bag of chips. Majority of the people were black, but there were a good number of latinos, hispanics, asians, and a good handful of caucasians. Everyone was respectful, there were no complaints, hell i don't even think we had security. Everyone was well behaved...oh it was just lovely...and I know I'm lazy, but I'll post more pics of me later. Twas worth the money and i'm damn sure going back next year!
