Days 674 - 682

Good morning kingdom of Lot.

So yesterday I went to the gym and changed up my leg routine a bit for a full leg day workout. Instead of 100 reps doing side raises and front leg raises, I did 20 side raises each leg, 20 front raises, 10 butt lifts each side, and 10 thigh lifts (or hydrants, whatever you prefer) each side. I must say, I like it a whole lot better AND I did it with 2lb leg weights on each ankle. Hoping to upgrade over time to 10 lb. Maybe I'll get orange ones like Rock Lee.

Today, because I want to go home and go to sleep before my allergies reawaken, I did 25 squats, 25 pushups, and 25 chair crunches about 2 hours ago...I'm at work so I just did it to be done. I'm glad.

These kids at my job are doing the most, how come no one can just have a normal damn breakfast, smh. Well, another positive is I finished the project for my other job and I worked on my Japanese letters. Going to do 30 day language challenge for april and may. April will be Japanese and May will be Spanish. Wish me luck.

Also, since my allergies have gotten out of wack, I went back to drinking tea, and it is LIFE. A good cup of tea, some good music on youtube, and something to work on puts me in a positive place.

AND, my tmj has stopped...at least for now...I cut down on crunchy stuff so let's hope tmj stay away for a long time.
