I am so tired. I just got off from work and I've noticed something. While I'm able to endure more running in the morning in between walking and have the will power to do any exercise, my side is still bad from doing squats 4 days ago. I used to do 100, be sore for a day or so, but still get into action. Yesterday I took a pain pill and i was fine. Since I jogged more vigorously today to see how long I could go (yay for me) I was in extremely sore pain at work today (no yay for me). In between adding each exercise I add a day, so when i did squats, I waited a day before doing push ups, and then waited a day before doing sit ups, which i did today. Probably should do the entire stretch like I used to lol. If that doesn't work, I'll have to just do walking for a while...
But enough about that, I bought some flour tortillas today and turkey meat. This will keep me from having to buy wraps. I wanted tomato or jalapeno wraps but the lady at said store didn't know what I was probably talking about. Had 2 for dinner around 5 and then started work at 6:15 and have had water ever since. I think I did good, but I'm so tired. Had to lift and move shelves...was blah, but i also had to sit on the floor (which i prefer bc I'm usually comfortable that way) and I could feel my entire right back side. Be glad to take this pain pill and hit the sack. Good night!!
