Good morning...well good afternoon rather lol,
So this is the 30th day and I believe the hardest sweat I've had. Today I had my shake, my vitamin, my fish oil, and my levothyroxine. At the moment, I'm getting ready to clean the kitchen counters and wash and dry clothes. Around 1:30 ish I'll eat a salad...oh yeah, I went and bought spinach, croutons (I'll ween off of them into something else hopefully), blue cheese dressing (bc I'm used to it and don't feel like experimenting with something else), already cooked chicken strips (which I'll shred onto the salad), and a red onion...simply bc it's the shizz.
My day started out kind of negative but after the workout, I think I'll have a pretty easy going day. I have homework to do and need to do taxes...tomorrow...and I need to catch up on like 5 damn shows. Green Arrow, my baby Flash, sailor moon (so i can get into crystal sailor moon), supergirl, and dc's legends of tomorrow. I just got back onto Once Upon a Time, in which I am in the 6th seasona and now realize I'm not behind by too many episodes. So excited. Well, I'll post in a few hours. Happy Thursday!
