Day 13 Part A

hello,

i feel kinda blah. slept over 8 hours, which is good for resting and rebuilding the body. however, I want to go outside. Because of my back, no exercise today...and because i did modified push ups yesterdays, today is the "in between" rest day. Not going to have a shake today, instead I'll eat whatever they are fixing for breakfast, still no sweets though. Today I just need to do my homework (well, the other 2 paragraphs) discussion responses, probably see which site to do my taxes on, and rest...and watch the superbowl...falcons vs patriots will probably be discussed later on.

I am upset about this entire process. I want to lose weight so i can do the things i want and look the way i want to look. And since I have a thyroid issue, which can cause other problems later on, it slows down the process of losing weight, especially if you are not doing nothing. I AM doing something, and like how lose my clothes are, but it's not enough speed of progress if I have to slow down. It's depressing. After Valentine's Day, I need to straight jog (given my back is okay) and eat strictly 3 times a day with 2 fruit snacks and nothing else...We'll see where my motivation takes me...
