So, this morning I decided for today to have a one day fast...kinda as a do-over, but I just had my shakeology with a cap of acai cleanse and milk and 2 fish oil pills. Fish oil is good for immune health and I was taking a pill at night and then stopped for a while, so I believe starting tomorrow I'll start taking 1 with my shake. Last night, in my opinion, was ridiculous. Not trying to repeat SO I plan to stick to fruit, chicken, milk, cheese, eggs, and veggies...I also was suppose to put pics up of what occurred yesterday...so before I take this 20 minute walk/jog and do these 10 correct sit ups, here are my photos.
BTW, these are some goals I decided I want. I want to cosplay (dress as a character) for a con this summer and I'm going as Deidara from Naruto and I want to NOT have my sides sticking out in the shirt I bought for my bday last year. Every 2 weeks I'll try and take a photo so I can keep my word to you guys!! I also wanted to post my weight but I know the scale lied talking about 260...I know I weigh more than that. So we'll have to wait til i go to a doctor visit in the next week or so.
