Hey (I said I promised to post after my workout)
So did a 20 minute workout, did 20 jumping jacks, and 10 modified step push ups.
Had my shakeology shake (in my new family dollar, yes family dollar bottle [pic below]), my inflammation medicine so my back don't repeat last week's incident, and after I do some house cleaning and whatnot, gonna shower, rinse my hair thoroughly, apply the beautiful melted shea butter, braid back my hair, and do some things that need to get done...like bills lol, and some other errands.
Also, with mentioning family dollar, I was able to buy (all below, except protein) ponds to help tone my skin, my new bottle (yay), my new exercise headphones (stay on my head while jogging or doing jumping jacks), and whey protein I got from kroger. I didn't want soy but for now I'll oblige. It says to use two scoops but I'll make it last longer by using half a scoop and milk...and it's chocolate flavor. So next week I'll leave the shakeology (what's left of it) in the fridge and starting using the whey protein and my hair, skin, and nails vitamin...came from my parents...and it was bought from family dollar, lol. Will update when I get back.
