Day 629 part 1

Hello citizens of the Kingdom of Lot...

...today I weighed in at 246.8. I'm happy. I'm on track. I'm doing what I'm suppose to. Tomorrow goal is 246 to 245.

Also, for lunch I had salmons and yellow rice with greens that consisted of a mix of collards, okra, and chard. I had cut up cucumber slices, a pear, chex mix traditional bag, and a small cut of cake with half a cup vanilla ice cream. All came to an estimated 880 calories. Goal!!

At work I ate a bag of sunchips and a bag of grapes, about 185 calories and then another bag of grapes on my way to the gym, equating 230. At just getting home, I just ate more cucumbers and couple pieces of pineapple, equating 48 calories about. Gonna make post of low calorie foods next.

Also today, I made my boyfriend's workout for him to stick to. He wants to bulk up, I don't. I'll share it in the part 2 post. At the gym, I did 10 reps of bicep curls to shoulder press with a 20lb weight. Dope. And I did 10 reps of lat pulls using 50lbs. Around the middle of February...say February 15th I'll try to incorporate working with 30 lbs and 60lbs respectively. Did 72 calories on elliptical due to time restraints.

gonna play my kingdom hearts 358/2 days while waiting on future hubby to get off. Be safe and keep motivating yourself continuously.
