Day 624 part 1

Morning. I did my mini yoga this morning and ate some breakfast at my job which included 3 mini pancakes (so damn fluffy) a spoon or two of scrambled egg and a banana. About 450 calories or so. I have about 1000 more I can eat today.

Also, I did not specify alternatives for exercises. If I'm at the gym i'll be doing 100 calories on elliptical and 10 body rows to get myself ready for pull ups. If I can't do either, say I'm at home or elsewhere, I'll do 100 leg lifts to replace the elliptical and 100 plank steps to replace body rows. As noted, on Saturdays and Sundays I'll aim for 10,000 steps and 100 situps and 100 dips.

Currently listening to opening of Jojo's Bizzare Adventure called Sono Chino Sadame. And now listening to Kaleidoscope by Dj Okawari featuring Tekitha. Get on YouTube and listen to some nice chill tunes and relax today if you have the time, wherever you are. Be safe and keep motivating yourself.
