Day 246
My head is aching a bit so ima make this quick. I worked out this morning but only did about 2500 of the 4000 I was supposed to do. I did 40 jumping jacks for a warm up, 40 squats, 40 crunches, and 30 regular push ups. Because of how my day had went, I did not get to do the rest of my workout. However, I only had water, smoothie, and a small cup of alcohol, and I'm about to drink water again. Now that I think about it, it might explain the headache. Well, off I go. Til morrow.
