Day 222 Part A

Let me say this has been a productive morning. May not have been all happy and smiles type of morning but productive. Got my ass up and did the following:

4004 steps (about 1.77 miles)
208 calories burned
100 jumping jacks for warm up
100 squats
70 crunches
50 push ups

My goal is to do the One Punch Man workout, working my way up to 100 reps of squats, crunches, and push ups every other day, and 4000 steps everyday. All of this until my bday. I will put my weight up either tonight or tomorrow. I talked to my potential bf and told my best friend that my goal is to be 220 by my bday. However, to make up for any "fuck ups" i put on my calendar to be between 235 and 225 minimum, which is hella doable, given I stick to my stuff. I also had a smoothie full of almond milk, grapes, an orange, part of a banana, cuts of pineapple, and pinches of tumeric and cayenne pepper. Just finished drinking it all and feel astatic. I also washed my hair. About to apply for a overnight counselor job. Looking forward to this month. Til next post!!!
