Hello people.
What I did today I'm going to cut short, because i'm tired.
Worked out this evening doing the following as well as food:
Had smoothie, citrus water, bag of potato chips (don't judge me, they the dollar ones) tuna with mayo and relish, 1 slice of bread, walked 5332 steps equaling out to 2.28 miles and 319 calories. I weighed 250.5 lbs this morning so i know the cereal yesterday was a big no no. Today I did fairly better, my muscles don't hurt and I look forward to kicking ass tomorrow. Be safe, reach for your goals, and be prepared for the hurricanes.
