Day 229
I was good the whole day until my sister and bro in law said they were making steaks, something i don't eat. Ate it and had already decided to let today go so my foot could get back to normal. For now, getting some rest and starting back up tomorrow with the one punch man workout and 4000 steps. See yalls tomorrow. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay updated on these hurricanes.
