So i fucked up on eating this afternoon because i ate too early...don't feel like explaining it but will do so probably tomorrow. Anywho, i weighed 249.8 this morning. Might not be that way tomorrow morning. Gonna drink some water bottles before bed to hopefully help. If not, i know i messed up with eating.
For my workout i did 5140 steps equaling 2.25 miles and 311 calories. I did 100 crunches and 100 push ups. I did 0 squats today due to knee issues. I hope to start back on them after the weekend. Also I did thigh lifts instead of jumping jacks. Feeling okay. As i said, gonna drink more citrus water, probably add some cayenne and turmeric and after some Naruto episodes, hit the hey for my marvelous weekend.
