Day 238

Hello kingdom citizens. To start off on an honest note, the past week I've been quick to wrap up my notes and I feel I should do more about that...but anywho, this morning, due to a schedule change, I was able to fully finish my workout without rushing. I did 25 jumping jacks for a warm up, 25 squats, 25 crunches, 10 regular pushups and 15 knee pushups, and 4418 steps which equaled 2.11 miles and 277 calories. I feel happy. Also, I'm eating no meat. Weighing myself in the morning to see how that goes. About to finish the last three episodes of Naruto Shippuden and then I can watch all the movies and start Arrow and Boruto. Until tomorrow.
