Day 224

So gonna be quick with this. I had to cut my workout in half again and have to estimate the steps due to the fact that the Samsung app had somewhere along the line starting counting my steps while I wasn't exercising, so i estimate i did over 4000 plus steps and i did 100 squats, 100 crunches, and 70 push ups. Mind you, these push ups are done on my knees until otherwise.

Ate more than I probably should but ate chicken salad with bread and cinnamon toast crunch with craisins and stopped eating at around 4:30 or 5:00. Look forward to tomorrow. Oh and I weighted 250.8 this morning. So be safe, reach for your goals, and be aware of the hurricanes.
