With all that, I still did good. I weighed 267 last week and now am 266. Today I counted calories for breakfast (flatbread with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and lemon pepper and lemon juice) which came to 382 calories. I also have the step counter on, and since I'm supposed to take it easy, I simply walked around the driveway twice to aid in my food digestion. So far I'm happy. Not suppose to do strenuous work today so I will walk, but not anything else. If I can hold off til 2:00 then that's when I'll eat lunch.
On the positive side, I've been looking at cars and houses. Found a saturn suv i like and a 4 bedroom house with all we want. Just gots to start my jobs so i can get them. I'm excited. Also, once I get a car, I'm thinking about behavior technician. It pays $20 an hour, so why not. Life is damn short. Until next post!!
