Hello. Yesterday I was under in my calories (good for me) and I ate fairly okay. However, I was supposed to make it to George Mason University for an event with my boss and coworker, but we never made it, know why? Freaking car accident. It was bad. We are all okay. No scratches or anything, but there is a broken piece off my boss' car. Two other cars hit us and hit each other and then a lady (assuming) driving to miss it ended up getting hit by a 18 wheeler. Never have i seen something so close. We all walked away.
With all that, I still did good. I weighed 267 last week and now am 266. Today I counted calories for breakfast (flatbread with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and lemon pepper and lemon juice) which came to 382 calories. I also have the step counter on, and since I'm supposed to take it easy, I simply walked around the driveway twice to aid in my food digestion. So far I'm happy. Not suppose to do strenuous work today so I will walk, but not anything else. If I can hold off til 2:00 then that's when I'll eat lunch.
On the positive side, I've been looking at cars and houses. Found a saturn suv i like and a 4 bedroom house with all we want. Just gots to start my jobs so i can get them. I'm excited. Also, once I get a car, I'm thinking about behavior technician. It pays $20 an hour, so why not. Life is damn short. Until next post!!
