Days 304, 305, and 306

So i pretty much failed the last two days, with the exception of counting steps. BUT TODAY BOI!!!! I did good.

So this morning my ass was disappointed by two things. One, because of an issue beyond my control I couldn't get paid today, and Two, since I couldn't get paid today, I couldn't go buy fruit amongst other things. So I ate Thanksgiving leftovers. Now my ass got up and went out for my walk around 5:30 ish and did my 4000 steps. Great right? Then after playing Brawlhalla for an hour I couldn't resist eating dinner. Due to the fact I couldn't redo dinner calories to automatic I went in and estimated by replacing with pasta (at 4 times the amount). That came to 880 calories, resulting in being 900 calories over my goal of the day on Samsung Health.

So at this point I feel i failed yet again. I had did all my exercises and steps for the day and yet I still failed...but then I was in my room pondering "what the fuck is my problem" there must be some exercise I can do to burn this off before I head to bed, because I can't keep failing myself. Thank God I saw "dancing" on Samsung Health. I burned 1000 calories dancing in an hour to pop music YAAAY!! I am so proud of myself. I found my outlet. I also continued to count steps. Can't wait to do it all tomorrow. So be safe, reach for your goal, and yes you can get that damn body!!
