Day 308 Part B
We are now at the end of the day. I did fucking great guys (trying to cut back on cussing but so excited yet tired at the same time). I had 4 eating times. This morning had a flatbread lettuce, cheese, and tomato sandwich with lemon juice and lemon pepper. Lunch, had nachos with meat crumbles (veggie) and melted cheese and shredded lettuce with some juice from the stewed tomatoes to keep it from tasting dry (to me). Had pb&j on flatbread with a half cup of cheerios dry for snack. For dinner, spaghetti homemade. It's been great. Under in my calories. I would show the pic of my nachos, but i think i'll do that tomorrow. Also, feeling okay from incident. Do feel some aches from when i messed up exercising this year but other than that, nothing from the accident. However tomorrow still awaits, so we'll see. What else?...Oh yeah, saw all the young Naruto films and will start the Shippuden ones now lol. So with that, time for bed. Be safe, reach for your goals, and you can be motivated! GN!
