Days 300, 301, and 302

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! I don't believe i worked out day 300, but yesterday i went outside and did push ups, sit ups, leg lifts, and from then and throughout the day completed over 4000 steps. I also finished Flash (so sad) yesterday and working on Arrow. Since today is Thanksgiving, and i had to do corn pudding, devil eggs, and other stuffs, i didn't get to workout, but i thought to myself, why not make my own regimen again?

Switch every other day; 3 smoothies and 3 bottles of water a day; spray water/oil on hair
1 MINUTE OF JUMPING JACKS              4000 STEPS               
THOROUGH STRETCH                              30 LEG LIFTS
3 SETS OF 5 WALL PUSHUPS                   30 SIT UPS

3 SETS OF 5 DIPS     3 SETS OF 5 SQUATS      10 SECOND PLANK  

So I'll do the top portion tomorrow and the bottom portion (along with jumping jacks, steps, and stretching of course) day after tomorrow. This is durable I know. The idea was to make it so that i have no excuse saying I couldn't do it. I accounted for knee pain and i need to start from the very bottom to do proper push ups. I'm optimistic in heading toward TenTen, Karui, and Fuu. Gonna keep myself motivated from here on out. Be safe, reach for your goals, and stay mother fucking motivated...
