Day 785

Hi, today I ache.

But also, today I weighed in at 248.2 and I'm happy about it.

It's been 3 full days heading into my 4th day where I have been drinking water throughout the day or 5 calorie vitamin rich sparkling water. I have been eating outshine or orange cream bars (2 for about 200-240 calories), with random bouts of freeze pops (5-20 calories) and ending my day after my workout with a 1 tablespoon pb powder, 1 tablespoon chocolate soy powder, and 8-16 fl. oz of vanilla almond milk, and about 6-8 fl ounces of water to stretch it out. Yummy.

So I've been getting about 400-500 calories in a day, with vitamins and minerals, getting in about 3-4 cups of water on average, and the workouts have been fun as well.

For my workouts, I have been giving myself variety. I pick 3 workouts and do a variation of 100 reps, 100 seconds, or 10 minutes of something. For example, today I did 10 minutes of basketball, 100 hip raises, and 100 second wall sit (divided of course). Tomorrow I go back to the start of my routine which on the first day was 100 squats, 100 jump ropes, and 100 mountain climbers. I'm aching, but I'm happy, and as long as I don't wait too long between things, I feel great, sluggish at times because it's hot and I'm working, but happy.

I can now order my wig for storm and gloves for Garnet. Also, I believe that if I play my cards right, I know I can be 239 before the con, but i'm hoping for 229. We'll see. Then I start adding sweet and regular potatoes into my routine for 2 weeks after blerdcon, and depending on how I feel, may keep it up for the whole month of august until I reach my goal weight. How's that for grocery spending. Well, here's to my health and yours. Stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.
