Hi.
So something I started to notice is the place of acne on random parts of my body and I think I need 3 straight days of detoxing. As long as I fulfill my nap period and look at 2 bio crash course vids, I can make it through these next few days. Also, I'm so close to the 240s. If I do what I'm suppose to I can be 239 by the end of the week, meaning I can be 229 before blerdcon, given I take my vitamins and drink protein next week.
It's been a great cool day. Despite working an extra few hours this morning, I slept well, did my bio crash notes, talked to boyfriend for 2 hours while resting, and cooked dinner for fam so mom only had to cook chicken. I didn't eat none lol.
At work, about to linger on another bio vid and then random workout stuffs. Also, hope to hear good news for dental appt in the morning. Until then, stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.
