Day 772

Hi Kingdom of Lot

Today was an okay day. I realized that I ate a bit much yesterday and paid for it today but I did still exercise and got under calorie count, so that was good. Also, at night these last few nights I have been drinking like a cup of pb powder with almond milk or soy and having an apple. Tonight I decided to not eat an apple but instead drink the pb powder and add cashew milk.

Kroger had cashew milk on sale today for under 3 bucks, so I was like hell yeah, and got it. Apparently it's 25 calories a cup, so I poured an equivalent of 2 cups, added water, and the pb powder at 50 calories. So tonight I'll be dining on 100 calories of deliciousness instead of 200 calories...sounds good to me.

I finished the study guide for bio today and after filling in some definitions, I can start fully studying for the Clep practice test. After I take it a few times, i'll prepare to take the real test either next month or August. Then 1 class down with 15 (I think) classes to go to become a nurse.

I'm also going to do this workout challenge in august I found. Till morrow, stay motivated. Nite nite.
