Hey,
It's been a long day. I had to do shadowing for this second job I'm hoping to start in a few weeks, back been aching all day if i had to stretch my lower right side (which is like every few minutes, if not every few seconds) and I'm glad my first job is actually over. Off tomorrow and I have an assignment i need to start AND finish tomorrow.
I'm worried about walking in the morning...I might or I might not. If I don't, it'll be the first day out of almost two weeks I have not walked...weird...I've become so accustomed to going out for 5 to 20 minutes outside. We'll see in the morning. Gonna get ready to eat this fish my dad made (or got, idk) and probably an apple with water. Will take pain meds and head to sleep in an hour or so. And with that I say to everyone, Good Night!

Day 11 Part A
Hey,
So i had my shake, took a 10-15 minute walk, and had a handful of broccoli and shrimp...
My back is hurting...so I only walked. I wanted to jog but just could not. Well, I took some meds and going to lay down for the next hour before we have family errands to run, can't wait til i bypass work and can lay down at 11pm tonight.
If anyone has had their back hurt from doing squats...PLEASE let me know...I'm used to doing squats and push ups and sit ups, but this is the first time squats hurt my back. Too tired...going to lay down...enjoy friday.

Day 10 Part B
Hello all,
interesting day I've had, did my homework. looked at random stuff online, ate turkey burrito (said wraps yesterday, they are burrito wraps) went to my place I go to every other thursday. Gave stuff to a homeless woman while there. Laughed at stupid people on facebook (waffle with tuna fish on it, pic and comments was hilarious, if you want link ask me). Came home, tried to tell my mom and sis about it, sis insisted on talking about her tv show, the other sister and her fiance looking at something online together, bypassed them and came into my room, sees my three year old nephew watching mickey mouse club house, let my bro from the place know i was home. blogged about it.
feel blah. gonna browse the interwebs then go to sleep. Feel not happy? Not sure. I just want to be happy. good night.

Day 10 Part A
Hello people,
So a couple things. One, my back is better after taking pain meds at night due to rest and less movement. Still hurts but is better than yesterday. Two, I did my 20 jumping jacks and did a 5 minute powerwalk. Three, I wear a comforable size 22. Four, I had my shake this morning and had a different type of lunch. So my middle sister (i'm the middle child) suggested getting little caesars so my nephew (her son) could have lunch. I said I'll probably just eat my wraps...after taking my youngest sister to school I come back home with my nephew to see she bought thin crust no meat pizza...I happily obliged, especially after seeing she bought grapes and was cutting breaded chicken to go on the side. I also ate some onion chips with ingredients I could read. Probably won't have them anymore and just stick to plain or baked lays (three ingredients: potatoes, oil, and salt). I'm happy. Should have took a pic of it. But anywho...
...I am about to do some homework. Reading forensic assessment book by Ackerman and then have to post about it for discussion and then make an outline of the assignment due sunday. So yeah...

Day 9 Part C
Hi,
I am so tired. I just got off from work and I've noticed something. While I'm able to endure more running in the morning in between walking and have the will power to do any exercise, my side is still bad from doing squats 4 days ago. I used to do 100, be sore for a day or so, but still get into action. Yesterday I took a pain pill and i was fine. Since I jogged more vigorously today to see how long I could go (yay for me) I was in extremely sore pain at work today (no yay for me). In between adding each exercise I add a day, so when i did squats, I waited a day before doing push ups, and then waited a day before doing sit ups, which i did today. Probably should do the entire stretch like I used to lol. If that doesn't work, I'll have to just do walking for a while...
But enough about that, I bought some flour tortillas today and turkey meat. This will keep me from having to buy wraps. I wanted tomato or jalapeno wraps but the lady at said store didn't know what I was probably talking about. Had 2 for dinner around 5 and then started work at 6:15 and have had water ever since. Had to lift and move shelves...was blah, but i also had to sit on the floor (which i prefer bc I'm usually comfortable that way) and I could feel my entire right back side. Be glad to take this pain pill and hit the sack. Good night!!

After my 20 minute walk/job (jogging was the best today, I count by mailboxes passed and stop when my chest hurts) and taking my sister to school, my head started hurting in the dollar store. I went to kroger for to get something i needed and decided I needed to eat. Kroger must have loved me because I saw "skinny girl pop corn" for 50 cent. 50 CENT!!! I bought it and my head stop hurting. Apparently my body was like, no, after my workout. I did good. I bought gum and ate 3 apples. So far, no longer hungry. Guess I just have to pay attention.
BTW, I finally made a doctor appointment to check my thyroid. YAAAAY!! Adult stuff. Well I post later after work. Stay safe!

morning people,
So, this morning I decided for today to have a one day fast...kinda as a do-over, but I just had my shakeology with a cap of acai cleanse and milk and 2 fish oil pills. Fish oil is good for immune health and I was taking a pill at night and then stopped for a while, so I believe starting tomorrow I'll start taking 1 with my shake. Last night, in my opinion, was ridiculous. Not trying to repeat SO I plan to stick to fruit, chicken, milk, cheese, eggs, and veggies...I also was suppose to put pics up of what occurred yesterday...so before I take this 20 minute walk/jog and do these 10 correct sit ups, here are my photos.
BTW, these are some goals I decided I want. I want to cosplay (dress as a character) for a con this summer and I'm going as Deidara from Naruto and I want to NOT have my sides sticking out in the shirt I bought for my bday last year. Every 2 weeks I'll try and take a photo so I can keep my word to you guys!! I also wanted to post my weight but I know the scale lied talking about 260...I know I weigh more than that. So we'll have to wait til i go to a doctor visit in the next week or so.
