So, I thought I could fast, but apparently I could not, so I have an idea...and I welcome anyone to yell at me if I don't do this following my next post...
I am an administrative Assistant and have to work in teh morning, so with the exception of tomorrow, I thought I would fast all day tomorrow, maybe drink some veggie juices, and then for the rest of the week exercise in the early morning, meaning go to bed around midnight to get 7 or more hours of sleep. I really want to get another 20 pounds off but keep fucking lacking. Also, really falling behind on these posts and that is very unlike me.
Also, I definitely need to go to the store and gets me 2 exercise bras and a battery for my scale. Need to get down to the 240s.
Oh yeah, did my 2 week notice today, but wanted to get permanent evening hours on tuesday and wednesday. We shall see how it goes. Be safe out there, and HYDRATE!!!!!
