Day 66 Part A

Hello good ppl, man i got stuff to say...


...So last night I said I f**d up my regimen by not doing what I'm supposed to, felt depressed,  and when I woke up this morning I decided to see if I had gained back any weight. Last week, I weighted 261...which i posted with a pic for proof. Today I got on the scale and saw I weighed 259 (let's say between 259 and 260.4 to be accurate). Now I had to remember what I had actually been doing. I stopped eating meat, of course no sweets, except peanut butter and jelly, no candy, water and juice, and i only worked out I believe once this week. I still lost over a pound...I was so excited I was in disbelief. I looked at my Avenger calender (yes, from dollar tree) and remade some goals.

I want to be between 220 and 235 by the end of next month. I believe I can do it, but I need to get it together. To start off my motivation, I decided to get rid of one pair of pants today. Size 24 dark blue jeans. I now wear size 22.

Before I forget, I wanted to stop being vegan today but ate soy wraps...learned that i need to cook them in the pan with seasoning to get flavor all the way thru. Lesson learned from mom. Had bananas with peanut butter. 2 more vegan meals today and then i'll take a break tomorrow. Power to all the vegans out there, yall are some strong ppl. Speaking of strong ppl, thanks to all my followers for sticking with me. Yall are awesome and interesting ppl that open me to your worlds.
