Day 44 and Day 45

I have done every part of the regimen today, at 5 I drink my craving drink (keeps me from doing stupid stuff) and I just did a 17 min walk/jog. I decided to skip the OPM for today because I noticed my arm feels painful (note: it started from lifting heavy shit at work and now if I don't watch it, I can make it worst). So today was just music and walk/jog. Felt great. I may just implement jump squats and sit ups from the OPM workout and replace push ups with working with the 5 lb weights. That should do it I think. I'm keeping in mind my goals: (you don't know these lovelies, message me lol)
