So curiosity got the better of me and I decided to weigh myself...I went from 273 to 267.4, so about 6 pounds. I must say I am happy and it's because of this food regimen that I believe I'm really losing weight. I need to step my exercise game up. yesterday I decided going out wouldn't be a good idea to mess up my chest than what it already is. Today, I'll try to do some jumping jacks for a warm up, and then do my 5 rep variation of OPM. As a recap, the One Punch Man workout is actually 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and a 10 kilometer run...or 6 mile run. For right now, I'm doing 5 reps of each, walking around my drive way twice to use my 5 lb weights, and then walking/jogging for 5 to 20 minutes. I believe starting tomorrow...well monday since I have work and then will be doing a 10 minute walk at the mall, I will up it to 10 reps of everything for the next 2 weeks, then 15 reps the next two weeks, and so on and so forth. I'm not stemming away from this, but what you guys do for exercise, let me know.
