Day 56 Part B

     So due to my sister's schedule I had to change the time to exercise, but no matter I can talk to you guys about my first meal today and you can def give thoughts on it, and btw everything is in the pic below. I had a pb&j with veggie chips. The peanut butter was maple almond butter (so good) and the jelly was an organic fruit spread, both of which I got from Kroger.
     Also, the bread I used was a wheat free, gluten free, and dairy free kind called Brown Rice Loaf. I'm telling you it is super ass fluffy for this sandwich, but I guess to each his own. Also I bought some Bush's Vegetarian Baked Beans for later's dinner. My family already eats this kind, so it's good for everyone and taste so sweet. Might try it with the veggie tofurky polish sausage I bought...again all from kroger.
     Question of the day...for anyone who is vegan, this has been bothering me today. So at Kroger I was looking at some "meatless" sausages and one of the ingredients was "egg whites." Is this technically okay??? I need to know.
