Hello people, happy Fall...I guess.
It's 2 days until my trip to Philly. I was supposed to be drinking more liquids, and I am, but I have not at all exercised. I figured since i will have to stop exercising for a while I might as well start yoga...maybe tomorrow, maybe saturday morning while at my hotel. We'll see. I already know who I'm gonna be watching.
Anywho, I have an interview on Monday when I get back. Let me plz get that because it will be about 9 or 10 hours a week and I will be super satisfied. I'll be a Intensive In home counselor and that will def jump start my counseling career. So yes. Also, my first date with my potential boyfriend is this weekend in Philly, so I'm hoping that goes well. I definitely need to get back into my all smoothie based diet. I was losing like 5 pounds a week on it and then i got off it. Once I get back on, I need to do at least 4 weeks straight before thanksgiving. and then reach 220 ish or lower by the mid of December so I can post it.
And a knee brace, and doctor appt lol. Until then, be safe, reach for your goals, and watch out for each other. Racial tensions are high, employment issues, police, military, health insurance, it's all starting to crush together and increase stress levels. Stay positive everyone. Love you. Good night!
