I did okay today. Got up, did my 1500 steps as planned (about 1600 actually), had milk with a dash or two of protein powder, some slices of pineapple, guacamole chips (which i had already bought a day or two okay and need to not buy anymore), water, plain chex cereal with bananas and milk, and a little two much barbeque chicken for dinner with a few pieces of fries and a half of corn on the cob. I know I need to go back to cutting out dairy, that stuff has been messing up my air if you catch my drift. Other than this, gonna drink some water and hit the hay. Also, instead of the one punch man workout, gonna incorporate Super Saiyan, yeah i know its corny, but gotta have fun with it. Wedding in January and convention in February...not to mention december 31 i want to be wearing fun stuff. So be safe, reach for your goals, and watch out for alternative facts.
