1st Meal: Salad with black bean burger patty, 1 apple, Barcelona vinaigrette dressing, sweet potatoes and biscuit (actually tasted one bean burger to check on them and made special lunch for sisters)
Calories: 915 (only including the lunch I had with my sisters)

Protein: 17.8 g
Morning Exercises: 50 jumping jack warm up, jogged for 10 minutes, and did yoga as cool down
Goals for today: 5000 steps, be under in calorie count, drink 4 bottles of water, have sister time
Cosplay goals: Spiderman (comfortably), dbs cosplay, Starfire, Emma, D'morrah, Baki, Nagato
Hair goals: my hair is thriving on aloe vera, water, and olive oil, able to put in puff for today
School goals: take clep for bio 101 in january
Weight goals: To be the healthiest body I can be and maintain muscle with more protein (aim 30 g)
