As usual, falling behind on time. LOL.
Today I ate my yogurt bowl and chickpea burger dinner and it was DEVINE!!!!
I weighed in at 230.3 lbs today and looking forward to 229. YAAAAS!
I believe that with muscle training added in my weight loss will decrease a bit but it will be better for the long run to keep it off and I'm looking forward to my positive gains. Get some sleep and I will hit up tomorrow with pics. Get some rest and stay motivated. Eat. Train. Sleep.
