So, the reason I haven't been blogging up to this point is that my schedule is kinda blah lol. I know i should just blog in the morning but the computer is slow. ANYWHO...
So me and my friend, long story way short, did a 7 day pass to Gold's Gym. I went back to 256 ish and yesterday was 253 last night. This morning I was like 252.8, so I'm quite excited. I plan to get a membership come next paycheck.
Usually our routine is check weight, get on treadmill, get on other machines of choice, go to the sauna, then the hot tub, regular pool, shower, and then sleep. I love this fucking schedule.
Yesterday in particular I made it my goal to burn 500 calories, do some muscle work, and then finish off with pool and sauna. I burned 508 calories, walked 2.75 miles, and worked out my chest and arms. Even though my eating is blah and I'm still working on it, I don't eat anything when I get home, and this morning I ate bran with cranberries, love it.
Goals: by bday in october weigh 220, then by Nekocon in November weigh 210, by december weigh 200 for the first of the year new year's resolution pic...and then by katsucon in february I really am determined to be 180 ish. Plan to cosplay Fu from Naruto, Jake from Adventure Time, Garnet, possibly pokemon butterfree or pokemon trainer Iris, and Annie the Chicken Queen who is the mascot of Popeye's chicken...a lot I know.
