Before I take this shower and do my new face and hair regimen, I have gots to tell yall, THAT WAS THE MOST PRODUCTIVE HARD-SWEATING WORKOUT EVAR!!
So this is what I did...
Warm Up
-6 times around driveway jogging
-50 fast jumping jacks (did it to Skrillex and Rick Ross-Purple Lambourghini)
Stretched for 3 minutes
Workout (4x)
-8 jump squats
-8 leg lifts
-8 dumbell lifts across chest (while laying on porch-5 lb weights)
-8 leg kicks (per leg)
Stretched for 3 minutes
OMG, the sweat!!!!
